Stayed May 28, 2025Property as described. Owner spoke no English at all which made things difficult. We would have panicked if not for Google translate as she left us outside of the accommodation on arrival for over an hour!! Me and two exhausted girls, thank goodness didn’t need the loo, but completely spoilt our evening plans. Shops quite far and couldn’t even have a coffee on arrival. Taxi no. didn’t work, ants ruined our donuts, WiFi didn’t work, and I daren’t use the bath after the first time as there was a leak to the ceiling below. I couldn’t report this as it was impossible to communicate and we were only there for 3 nights for Disney, didn’t want anything more ruined for girls. Owner tried to be helpful though by walking me to the bus stop to show me where it was. Trouble was, she walked me 10 mins in the wrong direction before taking me 15 mins in the opposite after leaving me waiting for that time to get in. Terrible start. Also turned out was on second floor, lots of stairs to lug our cases up with no warning. I don’t normally complain but ….
