The modern and bright apartments all have upscale furnishings and comfort all along the line: fully equipped kitchens, bedrooms with their own flat-screen TV, bright daylight bathrooms, modern and bright living rooms with flat-screen TV, WiFi and much more.

The apartment Alpenrose is on the ground floor and is about 70 square meters. It has a kitchen, 2 bedrooms, a modern shower room and a large terrace.

In the eat-in kitchen you will find a large, modern kitchenette with complete equipment, ceramic hob, oven, fridge-freezer combination, coffee machine, toaster, kettle and microwave. A beautiful living area with a sofa bed (1.40 m wide), a large dining area and of course a TV invites you to linger.

The 2 bedrooms are furnished with double beds, wardrobe, valet and television. One bedroom also has a desk and the other has a dressing table.

The bathroom is very modern and has a large shower, as well as a beautiful wash basin set and toilet.

The 20 square meter terrace has a sofa, sun loungers and parasol.
From here you have a wonderful view of the beautiful mountains.

In summer you will find a gazebo, barbecue area, sun loungers and a large trampoline in the garden. A lockable garage is available for guests with bicycles or motorbikes.
In winter we have a heated ski crystal for skis, snowboards, shoes and wet clothing.
There is a washing machine and dryer in the laundry room.

Haus Marina is only 300 m from the center of Bad Hofgastein. Within a 5-minute walk you will find shops, restaurants and inns, where you can spoil your palate with the Salzburg cuisine. The ski or city bus that stops right outside the front door takes you to the ski areas of the Gastein Valley.
