A lovely apartment in the beautiful valley of Hinterstein. We had a wonderful time there much thanks to the hospitality of our host, Gabi. Since we came with very little knowledge about the place beforehand her advices and guidance for hiking trails were very valuable. The feeling of 'last village of the valley' gives Hinterstein a unique feeling, nature is just everywhere around you. The apartment itself is cosy and has everything you need. It has a balcony with a beautiful view of the mountains

This apartment in Haus Gabi is perfectly located so that many walks can start from the apartment without first having to drive anywhere. The Hinterstein repertoire of walks is fabulous and you would need several weeks to do them justice. Mrs Soer gave us a warm welcome and provided most useful information about the area and walks which was much appreciated. The atmosphere is relaxed and we really enjoyed the sunny balcony with fabulous views for recovering from some fairly serious walks! Our dog was also made welcome and this contributed to a wonderful family holiday. Oh and last but not least - the pricing is modest and excellent value for money!

We have just returned from our vacation in Germany. We stayed in this 2 bedroom apartment. Our stay was absolutely fabulous, the apartment is great, has breath taking views of the mountains around, it is close to everything. The owner is wonderful, she was very helpful in guiding us on our daily adventures, very warm and welcoming. The area has so much to offer, must visit the bakery. The bakery is located right down the street, everything is wonderful, get there early to get the pretzels with cheese. A must visit is the Croatian restaurant the food is amazing. Loved our visit to Hinterstein a must see.

Very comfortable flat with a very warm atmosphere,the views from the flat are simply breathtaking, fully equipped kitchen and extremely comfortable beds so you are guaranteed a very deep and restful sleep,very helpful and friendly host, Hinterstein is a beautiful village and there is a wonderful shop two min's walk from the flat that sells everything you need at very reasonable prices, so you can abandon your car and relax in this fairytale location, when we return to the Allgau we will definitely stay at house Gabi. We were two adults and two children.

Gabi made my son and I most welcome into her house. The apartment was well equipped and I spent a good time relaxing and appreciating the fine views sitting on the balcony. The location was perfect and several of the days we did not bother to take the car out as there were many local fine walks. The bus to the top of the valley provided some additional fantastic high walks. We were particularly lucky with the weather which gave us bright blue sky and sunshine all week. We would definitely recommend this for a refreshing holiday.
