The owner/management was good with communication. It has nice off-street parking and is located close to a great little grocery store and within walking distance to many things. The unit was clean and neat.

Place was nicely situated on corner, comfortable and warm during extreme cold spell, and clean. Hosts were very accommodating.

Clean property with comfy beds and a nice kitchen close to Nica’s Market - a fantastic Italian store that has everything! The property could benefit from a dining table or different bar stools that are the correct height for the island. 5 minute drive to downtown New Haven and walking distance to Yale. Overall nice place to stay and I would stay there again.

Very nice rental apartment, extremely spacious, sparsely but tastefully furnished. The self check in was fantastic and it was a big benefit to have a parking space. The host responded immediately when we had a question. The two bathrooms are very nice. Location better than we expected.

The apartment is safe and spacious, it has new bathrooms, updated appliances , great beds, it’s quiet, safe and clean . We had a wonderful time there . The communication with the host was easy and convenient .

The apartment was spacious, clean, walking distance from cafes and a gourmet market. The beds were very comfortable. A few suggestions, add more seating to the living room, pick up fluffy soft white towels from IKEA that can be washed and don't fade. Add towel rack or hooks in bathroom. Add a coat rack for living room Thanks again we enjoyed our stay! ,

The location was ideal for walking to Yale and out to coffee and dinner. The unit is large, we had plenty of room to spread out and have privacy and the kitchen and living room are perfect for eating and relaxing. We had a great time.

This unit is located in a lovely residential neighborhood very close to Yale's Science Hill. It hit the spot for our group that visited New Haven for a reunion. The apartment is very spacious and clean.
