No illegal activity, including firearms or unauthorized commercial photography
No unauthorized overnight guests beyond stated reservation
Surveillance in public areas; noise monitoring devices may be installed in-unit
Guests are liable for damages and must report them; $500 fine may apply for unreported damage or stained linens/towels
Booking confirms acceptance of house rules and may require signing a rental agreement

Mail & Packages
No package acceptance before arrival
Mailboxes reserved for long-term tenants; consider using a local UPS store for deliveries

❗️❗️ This apartment is located right above a gym, and the music can get loud while group fitness classes are in sessions starting 5am. If you are a light sleeper, then we recommend you book one of our other units in the same building. Nonetheless, a great place to stay for a downtown getaway!
