Stayed Oct 23, 2023I stayed here for four nights, as a solo tourist, without a car. Things I liked: - Proximity of the River Parkway. - Responsiveness of host, even late evening. - Large dining table could also be used as a desk. - Comfortable bed. Things I didn't like: - Lack of basic provisions on arrival. Some milk would have been nice, to enable me to make a drink. - Local convenience stores are scruffy and unwelcoming. - Surrounding area seems a bit run down and scruffy. - Internet connection is rather slow. - I could hear the guests downstairs talking. The sound came through the air vents. - Shower cannot be angled downwards: tends to rain AT you rather than ON you. - No blind or curtain for kitchen window, which overlooks neighbour's property. - No laundry basket. - No clothes horse. (Not all items can be tumble dried.) - Bedroom window blind doesn't roll up fully.

Stayed Aug 20, 2023We enjoyed our stay here, the apartment was clean and beautifully decorated. Fully stocked kitchen and washer and dryer came in handy. It was conveniently close to downtown Niagara and all amenities. Two things that may seem unimportant to some but can make or break a stay for me are water pressure in the shower and ability to make coffee in the morning, and both were top notch! The internet was pretty spotty but overall we would stay here again.

Stayed Jun 16, 2023This location has plenty of space for two people and is well put together. Lots of light in the kitchen and good parking. The area is away from the casino strip, which is a nice change, with a mix of property types. Restaurants are a short walk away. Our only trouble was with the tvs getting signal -- Sal did come over the first time to get us on -- but the 'how tos' were quickly forgotten! We would stay there again!
