Surprisingly quiet for being so close to the heart of Uptown. Very charming space with comfortable seating. Thoughtfully designed.

I must be into double digit stays at this property now. Location, location, location! Two blocks from the lake. Two blocks from Uptown dining & shopping. Two blocks from the best croissants anywhere except Paris! The surrounding neighborhoods are great for walking or biking. Short Uber rides to downtown or the U of Minnesota. The space is perfect for one or two people with everything you need for a comfortable stay.

We loved the layout of this ADU. It's in a fantastic central location with an easy walk to Bde Maka Ska lake in one direction and restaurants and entertainment in the other direction. The neighborhood is pretty and has great houses. The ADU was clean and decorated nicely. We appreciated the coffee and Kind Bars and the very spacious closet. The couch was pretty small for my 6'2 partner, and there were no measuring spoons, but still a 5-star stay.

This is a perfect well equipped guest house in a very walkable area. Close to the lake and many restaurants and shops. It is a really quiet and beautiful neighborhood. Thank you Natacha and Ryan!

The house was perfect! Great setup, very comfortable beds, nice location, exceptionally clean, spacious and well-maintained. Loved easy walk to Black Walnut bakery and the lake.

Perfect place near family where we could stay separate, but be close for family activities. This sweet rental was clean, cozy, and quiet. We were picked up by family members, so we didn't need to find parking. The walk to the lake was a nice start to the day. We would look to stay here again the next time we're in town to visit with family.

Check in was incredibly, the apartment very clean, modernand beautifully decorated, the location in a truly lovely, quiet neighborhood and all appliances were top-notch.They seemed to have thought of everything and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

We liked the location within 15 minutes of family. Quiet neighborhood, a short walk to The Chain of Lakes for morning walks and nearby coffee and breakfast. The place was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. We recommend this gem and we may return again.

We must be up to half a dozen stays at this property, so we obviously love it. Beyond being in the perfect location, the space has everything you’ll need! Beautifully designed and well appointed. We’re already thinking about our return in 2025.

This little apartment is such a gem! It is light filled, beautifully and comfortably furnished, has a well stocked kitchen, and a full sized washer and dryer. The location is wonderful—walking distance to shops, a grocery, restaurants, and the lovely uptown lakes. Highly recommend this perfect little place!

Charming carriage house located over the owner's garage. Bright, light, clean and well stocked with towels and kitchen needs. It includes a washer and dryer for longer stays. The unit is walkable to the chain of lakes, Uptown shops, cafes, and bakeries, and is situated in a sweet little neighborhood. It looks just as cute as the photos portray it!
