Upper Unit Apartment with 2 Bedrooms - Workspace -Walk to Downtown Ferndale

Host was fabulous with communication! Cute and very clean place! Would stay again!

My kids (ages 21, 19 and 14) and I stayed in this apartment during a visit with extended family in the Detroit area. It was exactly as described, clean, comfortable and convenient to all the fun shops and restaurants in Ferndale. There are stairs which may not work for younger children or those with mobility issues. Communication with the owner/host was great!

I had surgery at Beaumont Hospital. Your place was a nice escape for my husband and daughter away from the hospital waiting rooms for 4 days.Super clean, cute, inviting and smelled great when we walked through the door. Nice linens and super fast communication with hosts.

It checked all the right boxes for me, my wife, and our kid. The unit was clean. There's a playground just down the street. Close to downtown Ferndale so we walked there multiple times.

This place was such a cozy, beautiful little place! It was perfect for me and my 2 friends before going to a concert at Royal Oak. The host was excellent at communicating and made it super easy if we had any questions. Definitely a great place to stay!

This was a good stay. It's small and was a bit tight for a family of 3 but it worked for what we needed. It was clean, though a few missed items from other guests under the bed and the bathroom sink that we discarded. Easy to communicate with the host and a very quiet neighborhood within walking distance from downtown Ferndale.

Nice and quiet, all was clean.. maybe add sugar and creamer for coffee.Other than that... all was perfect, and the owner welcomed us in person.I will come back for sure

We enjoyed our stay at this cozy upstairs hideout on a quiet street in Ferndale. The apartment was clean and well-apportioned with everything needed for our comfort. Check-in and check-out were easy. Would definitely book with this host again.

We needed a place to crash and this was perfect. We didn't use any amenities (shower, kitchen etc.) We would have been able to walk to our destinations, but it was too hot outside. Parking signs were clear and much appreciated; same with the entry/wifi instructions. Thank you!

Very friendly owner (he lives nearby and any questions or concerns are immediately answered). Nice, quiet neighborhood within walking distance to shopping and restaurants. Mid-century home but well maintained and lovely accommodations. I will book again the next time I visit
