Great little place to land in Great Falls.
Location was great, nice to have a parking lot, clean and quiet Very well equipped.
Nice, cozy unique lil apartment. We enjoyed the area, tons of great food and adventures to be had.
The property is easy to access. Very clean and comfortable.
Easy access and walkable to all of downtown Great Falls. Highly recommend!
So... first appearances I thought I made a huge mistake. Although after chatting with the property manager she let me know they were remodeling so once I got into my room and it was immaculate. So a little confusion and chaos... No big deal. I loved that it was walking distance to everything downtown shops, restaurants, and a gorgeous park. My suite was fully stocked with everything I could possibly need. I’m sorry but here’s the bad part, so parking is horrible either in the street where you get a ticket after a certain time or a gravel parking lock where people park so insanely it’s inevitable you’re going to get door dings and scratches. They have long term tenants, I did not get a good nights sleep the neighbors above me were full out fighting most the time. The neighbor next to me had a dog that barked non stop even at night, The neighbor on the bottom floor by the front door (left) smoked marijuana out their window so I was walking out into a cloud of marijuana smoke. Britney was amazing, and my room was amazing, I think with a little tweaking with their long term residents it will be a little piece of heaven to stay at.
We enjoyed our visit, but checking in was a little frustrating. There was no information given after booking the place and had to email a couple times to find out, and even called as no info was relayed. We ended up being there a day earlier, so that added to the issue. The hotel is still in remodeling phase so some common areas weren't done, but the apt was nice and clean with new appliances. Our pets slide around on the vinyl a bit and it was nice to have ac.
Went with VRBO over motel for work out of town due to COVID. Comfortable space with everything I needed, new appliances, newly refurbished, many viewing options on the TV. Owner worked with me after I had to cancel and reschedule on short notice due to weather. Recommend.
Matt was a great property owner. He was very responsive to inquiries regarding the property. The property itself is a very nice one bedroom apartment, probably four hundred square feet. I was the first person to stay in this since it was remodeled. It was located very conveniently in downtown Great Falls, with several nice restaurants within walking distance. It has a nice bedroom and the bed was wonderful. The living area was spacious with a nice comfortable sofa. The kitchen was small but the basics for use of the kitchen were there. I very much enjoyed my stay here, and if I ever have to stay in Great Falls again I will definitely stay in Matt’s apartment. The price was very good for what I received.
