Loved our stay - perfect place and location for our activities on smu campus. House had extra amentities to make it comfortable. Matt was easy to communicate and responsive!

This place is wonderful and very clean. Has everything you need make your stay enjoyable. Walking distance to Snider Plaza which has amazing restaurants, shops, CVS and grocery store. Parking it upfront and close to door. Mathew is a wonderful host. We will be back again.

This University Park rental is indeed a Charmer! Not only was it perfectly clean and neat, it has charming old hardware like crystal doorknobs and original hardwood floors. Fresh linens and large bath towels. Updated kitchen and baths. And what a location! Snider Plaza is a half-block away and the Bush Library/SMU is 5 min. Most of all, the Host, Matt, responded immediately with my parking questions. (Parking is in front, on the premises!) Thank you, Matt!!!

Close to SMU

Our host was very responsive to our needs. The Vrbo was very comfortable and the location was amazing! Every place we wanted to go was only a short distance away. We would definitely stay here again.

Property was very comfortable and within easy walking distance to all of Snider Plaza. Clean with all the amenities you could want or need. Super easy to communicate with the property manager who checked in on us and was prompt with all communications. Would definitely recommend this to others.

A wonderful place to stay in a perfect location. Two comfortable king beds with two very nice bathrooms. Close to SMU, Presidential Library, and village shopping and restaurants. I would certainly return and would highly recommend.

Love the area and the fact that you are within walking distance to Snider Plaza where there are lots of restaurants and shops. Also very close to SMU. This place is very spacious and has everything you need for your stay. Parking is up front and off street.

The home was very comfortable and clean. Just 2 blocks from shopping and one more block to SMU. Really enjoyed the location for walking and visiting nearby park. Host was always extremely quick to return inquiries.

Older property but nice and lots of things easy to walk to

Tastefully decorated, sparkling clean, well-supplied and set in a safe & walkable neighborhood, this spacious first floor home fit our needs perfectly. Our visit was topped off with good communication with the owner, not to mention the upscale shopping and eating options, plus a beautiful park to enjoy play time with kids within blocks. The curb appeal could be boosted by some plants, pots and flowers, but it’s attractive and spacious inside. A gem of a place!

Stayed here to attend a concert. Great location only 15 minutes from the AA venue. Huge place with multiple sitting areas plus a breakfast nook. Lots of food options within walking distance.
