University, Hospital Close

Great stay in a clean, quiet house close to the university and hospital.

Dishes need to be washed good.

The house was worth every penny. The kitchen was good to cook breakfast. Rooms were spacious and comfortable. Surprised by the playstation.

I liked the property over all. Clean and roomy.

My daughter & family stayed for two nights , 1 day . The day was taken up with family activities away from the property but the space provided Quiet , privacy , sleep . They commented on cleanliness & provisions such as towels & some staples .

A very pleasant experience

We enjoyed our stay, there were no issues that we needed to contact the host for, it’s on a busy roadway but that’s minor and I suggest backing into the driveway when possible to make exits easier. The location being central keeps all of thunder bay’s amenities a quick drive. I would definitely book this place for my next visit.

Perfect accommodations for our family of 6 travelling to Thunder Bay. Very convenient central location. Clean, comfortable and well equipped.

Very nice comfortable house. Everything you need is available. Would stay there again. The only down side is that the road is a little busy, but that makes it easy access to other parts of TB.

Loved the house, it was great!

Check in was easy and all the info we needed was found in a binder at the property. The house was clean and nicely decorated. Kitchen was well equipped and comfortable. There were 5 adults and there was plenty of room to sleep and socialize in the living room.

It's a large, well appointed place to stay, in a good location. The off-street parking is a plus!

Clean, good location, could use some hooks in bathroom, 4 adults taking showers and no where to put wet towels. Would stay there again.

Property Manager was super quick to answer. Property was very homey and had everything needed for a short or long stay. Conveniently located near hospital and university. Although located near a busy road- we did not hear any traffic noise.
