Great location perfect for a weekend by the beach

This little gem, located a short walk from beautiful Coronado beach and numerous dining options, had everything we needed to enjoy our long Thursday-Sunday weekend. Bravo Alan, thank you for hosting!

The location of this property cannot be beat! It’s literally steps from Orange Avenue and all of is shops, cafes, and restaurants. The landlord was very gracious and helpful. I highly recommend taking advantage of the parking space for an extra fee, though not necessary. The kitchen is adorable and well stocked. It is definitely cozy so don’t bring a lot of luggage. There was a lucite coffee table that I used as a luggage rack for my suitcase. My only caveat is that if there are people renting the apartment upstairs you can definitely hear them walking a round so bring ear plugs in case you are on a different sleep schedule. I would rent this property again.

My stay was great as it always is when I visit Coronado. My bungalow was in the best location, never had to drive I walked everywhere.The only down fall was the guest above me seemed to never stay seated, the foot noise was very annoying. Overall my stay was fantastic!!

I booked this place for a 4-night mother/daughter trip with my nearly 18 year old daughter. It was a great location for us to do things together or separately and have the option to cook our own meals. Such a cute place and loved that it also had a small patio area with a hammock. For the most part, we had all the amenities we needed and management quickly resolved a down wifi. I was pleased to find out there is a small closet with a few hangers and the queen bed frame is tall enough to put suitcases and items underneath to make more room. For such a small & cozy space, I felt organization could be further increased with sturdy wall hooks behind the front door, in the bathroom, and in the kitchen. It would really help for purses/jackets, drying towels, etc. I was also pleased to see they installed a glass shower panel and stahl curtain, but the bathroom floor still gets saturated with water as the curtain is too narrow. We had to use beach towels on the floor so we wouldn't slip. If the owner/operators are open to suggestions, a curved shower rod with a ceiling mount for 3-way support and a standard shower curtain would make a big difference. Also 2 bath/hand/wash towels PP/2 night stay would also really help! Thank goodness there were beach towels outside in the wagon! :) We'd consider staying again and recommend this place.

What a great spot for my daughter and I to make new memories over the Fourth of July in Coronado. Thanks for a great trip. Loved being able to just show up and have beach stuff there to use. Great location too! Host made it a very easy process.

B Avenue Bungalow is very quaint and in the center of town. Very clean and walkable to the beach, shops and restaurants. It has a courtyard which is so comfortable to sit and have your morning coffee or afternoon cocktail. Will definitely stay again.
