    Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit was not in the cleanest state. Requires a deep clean. Emailed the real estate direct with a list of things in the unit that were unacceptably unclean.

Reviewer Comments: Unit is in a fantastic spot and close to the beach and not far to drive for local shops and eatery. unit does have lockable garage which is handy for bikes etc. flooring really needed a clean and furniture is usable but unit is quite outdated. main bedroom has king bed that was super soft
