Instead, it offers a more local, residential Maui experience—ideal for travelers who want a peaceful, authentic base while staying connected to all parts of the island. Centrally located where Maui’s west and east sides meet, you’ll have easy access to pristine beaches, local shops, and the airport just 10–15 minutes away. Whether you’re here to explore or simply unwind, this welcoming studio is the perfect home base for your Maui adventure.

Our space is designed to comfortably host Three guests, featuring a queen and twin xl bed but we can accommodate extra guests with an Air Mattress upon request. Simply let us know ahead of time, and we’ll have it ready for your stay!**Please note: This unit is located on the second floor, the property does not have elevators.**

Treat the home and furnishings with respect, as if it were your own. Any damages, excessive wear and tear, missing or broken items caused during your stay will be the guest’s responsibility and may result in additional repair or replacement charges
2. Quiet Hours
Quiet hours are 10pm – 8am, out of respect for other guest and neighbors
Please keep noise minimal when on lanais, hallways, or common areas.
3. Mahalo for Keeping It Clean
Dispose of trash properly and avoid leaving food out — we’re in the tropics and critters love snacks too.
4. No Smoking or Vaping
Smoking or vaping is strictly prohibited inside the unit and on the lanai.
Violators will be fined $250.
Please use the designated smoking area only
5. Guests & Visitors
Only registered guests are allowed on the property.
No parties or large gatherings.
6. Parking
Please park only in your assigned stall and send us your vehicle information
Fines may apply for unauthorized parking
7. Respect the Aina — Respect the Land
Please conserve water and electricity when possible.
Turn off AC when leaving the unit and keep doors/windows closed when AC is running.

    Exactly what we needed, late flight arrival it was great to take a wonderful shower in a good-sized bathroom. Comfortable bed and easy morning grabbed cereal and yogurt etc across the street for breakfast. Met Uncle Tony just before we headed out. Would def stay here again.

    I really enjoyed my stay here. The unit was easily accessed by car & door lock. It was clean & modern and nicely furnished. The only improvement would be a bit more water pressure in the shower, that would be great. Other than that ?. Thanks for a nice stay! furnished.

    Easy check-in and owner communication was instantaneous and perfect. The Beds were very comfortable. The kitchenette is very well appointed. Parking was close, easy and convenient.We would and likely will stay there again!

    This place is as advertised. The studio Suite seemed bigger than it was due to high ceilings. Nice views of mountains and peekaboo view of ocean. The kitchenette was well equipped with full size microwave, half size frig/freezer, hot plate and toaster, everything you needed to make a meal. Unfortunately there was no cable TV. They did have Roku streaming and you could login to your own Netflix or Prime account. Good easy parking in front of building. Friendly bar across street. I’ll stay here again under same circumstances.

    I loved my stay here. The whole place just feels like peace and good vibes. It’s completely renovated and super clean. Everyone is extremely friendly and helpful especially uncle Tony.
