Unique NEW Studio Retreat - Hot Tub - Mins to Downtown, PHX Airport & ASU

Room was spotless it was a little tight but than again it is one toom. Overall if your two people looking for a place to sleep or a family looking for multiple rooms in one unit. This was one home converted to multiple studios.

Convenient location. Clear and quick communication with host. Clean little place, great if you just need a place to sleep with a small fridge and microwave for quick food needs.

0 stars. DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE! Property was dirty, trashed, unsafe with homeless people around, and smelled of urine. Location was super shady and gates are left unlocked with a sketchy alleyway connected to it. Contacted Carlos right away and he promised to cancel, but never did and ignored me after. Contacted him and Vrbo many times with no help. He was very elusive, dishonest, shady, and the worst host I’ve ever had. Just know, this will be the same for you and neither Carlos nor Vrbo will help you out. Carlos took my money with no remorse. I have pictures and proof of everything as well. Save the money and hassle and do not trust this lying, shady host.

Me and my partner came to Tucson for a show and Carlos’s place was perfect! The vrbo was cozy, clean, cute and comfortable. It had everything we needed, it was easy to check in, also I felt like it was central enough to all the places we wanted to go. Would absolutely stay again!

Clean, excellent communication from property manager, felt like a nice hotel room. Had a good time. Strongly recommend.

Carlos was great. We were in the city for Spring training and the Mecum Auction. Since we are not familiar with the ballparks, and didn’t do our homework, we chose price and size. We are not picky. We did have to drive a bit to the locations but that is on us. Great place!

The host was amazing by being very communicative, checking in every few days or so to make sure I had everything I needed, and was very responsive to my questions.

host was absolutely wonderful. checked in on us from arrival to departure. area is a little sketchy, our first night the uber told us to be very safe and that we were not in the best area. also unit B where we stayed was much much smaller than I gathered from photos, prob 9x13 or less. there's no windows, you can hear your neighbors through the wall etc. however neither of these things are at all the fault of the host! just being from out of town two things i wish i had dug deeper into on my part. however i still think great deal for being close to downtown which was needed. all in all all was fine just want to share to main things to be aware of!

Our stay was an excellent time. Great communication with the host, very quaint, it's very responsive, and just overall an A. My girlfriend and I will stay there again, if not the exact same unit, at least with the same host and property.

Carlos was super quick to respond to my questions, and he reached out several times to make sure I had everything I needed.
