Located only 35 miles from Breckenridge minutes to Park and Summit County has everything to offer in our mountain towns. This one bedroom, one bath fully remodeled, awesome loft and 2 twin beds perfect for the children. A full kitchen and a cozy family room you will feel right at home in our sweet cabin. We provide maps, games, free wifi and local knowledge of the surrounding area.

Stayed Sep 25, 2022This was the perfect cozy cabin for our fishing weekend! It was very clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. The hot tub was a huge highlight and very well kept.

Stayed Jun 4, 2023Como is a little slice of heaven that most won't be lucky enough to experience. I grew up spending summers at our family cabin but this trip my own little family opted to stay at the Little Blue and we loved it! It was the perfect size and had all the amenities we needed. The hot tub was an added bonus on a chilly night!

Stayed Mar 9, 2023Lots of character in town and cabin itself. Plenty of space, the kids loved the loft and the master bed was so comfortable. Like sleeping on a cloud. The fireplace kept us more than cozy, it was fun and very efficient. Lots of condiments and spices, and cookware. We managed to make homemade gumbo with the vegetables and sausage we brought. We loved visiting the Como graveyard. Very beautiful. Small Maintenance issue was addressed promptly. Interesting books on bookcase from mining and gold panning, to graveyards, and influential historical people from the area. About 15mins from Fairplay and 40mins from Breckenridge. We had a wonderful weekend.

Stayed Jan 1, 2023I was disappointed that this home uses a wood burning fireplace, but had no operational smoke detector, fire extinguisher or CO2 detector. The home's foundation is compromised, so it leans. Items in the fridge fall out when you open the door because the slant is so significant. Duct tape holds the kitchen faucet together. The photo of the bathroom was not adequate/accurate. There were no functioning lightbulbs in the bathroom, which made using it after dusk nearly impossible. The outhouse was more comfortable than the indoor bathroom. Light fixtures were covered in spider webs. Hot tub had lots of sand it in and hadn't been properly cleaned or serviced. We had a two night reservation, but left after one because of the above.
