Stayed Jul 21, 2024The apartment was modern, clean, and in a great location. However, despite having carport in the title and in the description... there isn't actually a carport. Well, there is - but upon check in instructions, you're told to go to a garage a block away despite the carport right next to the front door. When I asked about that, the owner said that the carport is no longer part of the property. It wasn't a big deal, but that's pretty poor work to have carport in the title of the listing but not available - just seems shady. That aside, the only problem with this place is poor ventilation. Like most places in the area, there isn't AC. But when I checked in and it was 90 degrees outside, I discovered that there were also no fans. The owner provided two fans the next day, but that was a very sweaty night of sleep. The apartment is in an internal courtyard surrounded by buildings, so there isn't any breeze to come through the windows. Maybe it would've been better if two of the four windows weren't broken and couldn't open. Due to the lack of ventilation, this property really needs an AC fan or wall unit AC to make for an enjoyable stay in the summertime. Otherwise, great property!
