The Apartment

The apartment is the top two floors of a converted house. It is located on a vibrant lane but both bedrooms are away from any noise and have nice views. The hallway is shared with my uncle, as he lives downstairs, and it may smell of smoke. When you go upstairs into the flat, it is smoke free and lockable. Full kitchen, comfy sofas and a smart projector (Netflix included). Full bathroom with bath and shower. Front garden shared with my uncle.

The Area:

Located on a bustling lane with lot's of restaurants and shops. It's also a 5 minute walk to Harpurhey shopping centre which has an ASDA, Lidl, KFC, McDonalds and more. Bogghart Hole Clough is around the corner which features walking routes, football pitches, tennis courts, 2 fishing lakes and a cafe (check opening times online). Lot's of buses head into Manchester city centre and Middleton town centre from just across the road. Parking is available outside or on the corner if it is full.
