★ No Smoking Indoors: £1000 Fine



Strict no-smoking policy inside the property. If smoking is detected, a £1000 charge will be applied via Airbnb to cover deep cleaning and damage.



★ Noise & Air Monitoring in Place



Loud music, smoking indoors, or any sign of parties will trigger our monitoring systems and lead to instant removal without refund.



★ Online Check-In Required



To confirm your booking, the lead guest must complete our secure check-in form, agree to our T&Cs, and provide a valid photo ID or passport.



★ Check-In/Out Policy



Early check-in: £20/half hour before stated time (if not pre-approved)



Late check-out (after 10AM): £20/half hour



★ Security Deposit



A refundable security deposit of £300–£750 is required, depending on the length of stay. The deposit will be returned after check-out, subject to inspection.
