Cozy apartment with terrace and beautiful view of the city, a short walk from Bologna Central Station.

The apartment is located on the eighth floor of a building with a lift, a few steps from the historic center and the university area. The entrance opens onto the living area, an open space equipped with a double sofa bed, a television, a dining table and a fully-equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, kettle, juicer, coffee machine and toaster. The sleeping area is separatedfrom the living area by a curtain and features a bedroom with a queen size bed and a large closet. A bathroom with a shower completes the layout.

The highlight of the apartment is the terrace, accessible from both the living area and the bedroom, furnished with armchairs and a dining table. From here guests can enjoy a magnificent view of the city and the surrounding hills.

Bologna is a city of art, culture and trade. The capital of Emilia-Romagna is also known as “Dotta” (erudite), being the oldest university of the West, as “Grassa” (fat) for its gastronomic delights and “Rossa” (red) for the colors characterizing its old town. Its soul is in the medieval old town, one of the biggest in Europe, dotted in taverns, workshops and theaters, characterized by almost 40 km of porticoes. In the city center there is Piazza Maggiore, where the charm of medieval buildings is perfectly combined with modernity. Not to be missed are the Fountain of Neptune by Giambologna and the Medieval Towers, “Torre degli Asinelli” and “Torre della Garisenda”, part of a rich cultural heritage preserved in several museums, art galleries and religious buildings. It is allowed to leave Bologna only after having tried its gastronomic products, among which mortadella, tortellini, ragù alla bolognese while sipping famous DOC wines from the Bologna hills! Rich in exhibitions, fairs and cultural events, Bologna can surprise you in every season.

Around 700 m from the apartment there is the central train station while the airport is around 13 minutes away by car.

The place is big, it’s only three rooms but tall ceilings and huge glass windows make it feel enormous. It was beautifully clean and the place is well equipped with kitchen basics. The shower is superb, hot and powerful and the bed is a good comfy memory foam. The terrace was used a lot, the view is nothing amazing, it faces away from the old city, but from the 8th floor it was a lovely place to sit for breakfast or end of evening. Cleaning facilities were good with everything provided. If there were three minor negatives it’s a) the Netflix TV is in the bedroom but not the lounge !! b) the walk to the recycling bins, I was amazed that such a huge residential complex did not have bins of its own. c) communications with the agents Wonderful Italy, were poor. It sometimes took them ages to respond and often not answering g the questions asked, I can put this down to translation tech maybe but it was difficult. Could be improved. Overall though would happily stay here again. ( by the way the trains are a bit noisy but I rather enjoyed them !)

Great flat, incredible terrace. Location at the edge of the historic centre is convenient. We could easily walk to everything we wanted to visit.

Great apartment exactly like the photos. Could do with the basics like salt and pepper and paper informaton about the apartment with recommendations for the area. Would make it more personal rather than have to go online

Excellent shower and location. To warm for our liking as AC non existent compared to North America. Walking distance to great tour location, restaurants and bars. Train station drop off 15 min and bus station almost across the street. Very quiet considering location. Smart tv so able to connect Netflix and Prime. Amazing balcony even though we spent no time out there.

Great overall, correctly advertised. Cute details, lots of storage, big bathroom, comfortable bed. Balcony patio for warmer months. 5 mins to central activity, 20mins to market center, 8mins to train station.

Nice sized apartment, clean and comfortable. Good large balcony. Bed good size and very comfortable. A/C stopped working, but was soon fixed. 15 minute walk to Centre of Town. 4 minutes to Supermarket. Main Train Station 15 minutes walk. Overall a great stay.
