Stayed Jan 24, 2026My host Lily met all of my needs and concerns promptly. The condo is immaculate with all new furnishings. The beds were comfortable and all the appliances are new . I will certainly return here to stay. The location is perfect. Close to the ocean one block away and two blocks to downtown Carlsbad. The balcony is wonderful and the outdoor furniture on the east side of the building is new and comfortable.

Stayed Aug 20, 2024Good stay. Overall the unit was in good shape. Well equipped kitchen.Did not get the code to get into the complex until we were at the gate so a little anxiety there. A/C units were a little bit funky but we got used to it. Will stay there again if we can get good rate for a week.

Stayed Jun 29, 2024As a family of 4, two adults and 2 kids 8 & 10, we had a great time staying at this property. The location was walking distance to everything in the village with a lot of great restaurants, the beach and activities. The pool was also a big hit for us, we just wish there was a hot tub after a long day out and about. The parking was great and there were even a few guest spots available. Overall we had an amazing stay and would definitely come back again.
