This charming 70 m² flat in a south-facing house in Combrit, less than a kilometre from the beach, can accommodate up to 6 people. Located on the ground floor of the house, it comprises an attractive living room (with fireplace), a fully-equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, a bathroom and a garden of around 1,200 m². We're waiting for you!

The accommodation comprises

Ground floor:
- Living room with TV, double sofa bed, pellet stove and dining area
- An open-plan kitchen with appliances including: electric kettle, oven, toaster, hob, Nespresso coffee machine...
- One bedroom with queen-size bed (160 x 200)
- A shower room with walk-in shower
- Separate WC

First floor:
- One bedroom with double bed (140 x 190) and small balcony

Outside :
- A lovely, private, enclosed 1,200 m² south-facing garden
- A south-facing wooden terrace of around 30 m² with furniture, barbecue and shade cloth to enjoy the fine weather.

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: high chair, cot, ironing board and iron.

The house is ideally located in Combrit, in very pleasant surroundings. You'll find all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, a market, etc.

- Quimper: 16.2 km away (19 minutes by car).

Come and discover the Pays de la Bigouden by staying in this house between land and ocean.
- Tourist sites: Abri du marin, Fort Napolénien, Pointe de sainte Marine lighthouse, Cornouailles botanical park... Visit the seaside resort of Bénodet or Pont l'Abbé, Brittany's famous historic town, described by Maupassant as the most Breton of the Breton towns.

- Sporting activities: there are plenty of walks to choose from, including the GR34 footpath, the polders trail, the Roscouré wood trail and the Combrit mountain bike loop. You can also enjoy a wide range of water sports...
- A 1km wooded footpath in a Natura 2000 area is located 50m from the house and leads to the Treustel beach.

If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the residence's private car park, in a numbered space near the flat (space no. 1).

- The house is divided into two 70 m² flats that can be rented together on request.

    Especially the terrace was enjoyable. The beach is 1.3 km and can be reached over a lovely walk without any Traffic.
