Two-room apartment in Residence with swimming pool and panoramic lake view in Sale Marasino

A great little apartment with a wonderful lake view. The swimming pool is a real plus and the location is excelkent.

Quiet and well-maintained complex. The flat is fully equipped with everything you need for a relaxing stay. We received a very friendly welcome and were shown around the flat. Expressi and a fresh fruit plate were included! Many walks are possible in the surrounding area, the view is magnificent! Recommendation 100%! Many thanks again to Gabriella and Nico!

Great location to stay in and discover Lake Iseo. The apartment was comfortable with a fantastic view to sit and watch the lake.

Perfect stay!

Very spectacular site, absolutely perfect to start visiting the whole region (Lago d‘Iseo villages, archaeological sites, Franciacorta and Brescia.). Superb view over the lake and Monte Isola. All necessary amenities available in apartment and Residencia. Very amicable host, no problems with check- and out. No other TV-program than Italian - hence a fantastic, quiet vacation ;-)

It is difficult to think of anywhere with more stunning views. It is tempting to go on trips to explore the local area but you don’t need to go anywhere, just stock up with provisions and relax. If you do need to venture out a walk around Monte Isola is highly recommend and we enjoyed a lovely afternoon by boat to Riva do Solto. Our favourite eating place was Pesce fritto da Piccioli.

What a lovely apartment - Gabriella was so helpful and thoughtful providing us with suggestions for walks, bike rides and visits. We had a slight difficulty with the boiler which was resolved immediately and we were very grateful for Gabriella's help and concern. The apartment is well equipped with a very efficient oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine as well as all the cutlery and crockery needed. Everything was superb and I cannot recommend this place highly enough. Just wonderful! Thank you!

We had a very warm welcome by the owner and found practically everything in the rooms, including even consumables to get you started like coffee or sugar, and of course cleaning and kitchen tools. Even a dishwasher, toaster and washing machine were there. The pool is clean and great for the warm Italian weather. Which brings me to the best feature of them all: the view from the pool or the breakfast table outside onto the lake is just breathtaking! All in all this place is well worth the price and a definitive suggestion for anyone wanting to visit Lago d'Iseo.

The apartment is located at a high altitude which provides an amazing view at the Iseo lake and at Monte Isola. The swimming pool is just a few meters away from the apartment, allowing us to take a dip whenever we could use it. The apartment itself was sufficiently equipped and the owners were very kind and helpful all the time. We had a wonderful time here and would love to visit again any time!

We booked the apartment for one week during September. The residence was absolutely perfect, clean and it was just a pleasure to spend our holidays there. The view on the lake was fantastic.
