Two-room apartment 56 m2 full center quiet balcony elevator on interior garden

The kitchen had everything we wanted for making dinners. The washer and dryer worked great. The apartment is very quiet. The location is EXCELLENT! It is immediately adjacent to Les Halles (two Metro stations, easy connections). It is in easy walking distance to Musée de Louvre, Notre Dame, Sainte-Chapelle, Musée des Arts Decoratifs, Tuileries, and more. There are plenty of lovely dining spots nearby (we particularly recommend Au Terminus du Châtelet, a few blocks away). We felt very safe in the neighborhood.

A very comfortable and charming place that makes everything that one could want available (for sleeping, cooking, relaxing, etc.)And even though it is literally in the heart of the tourist area it is very secure and incredibly quiet.

We had an absolutely lovely stay at the apartment. It is so well located both to public transportation and walking to major sights. So many local restaurants are nearby for you to enjoy.

We were very happy staying in Catherine’s apartment! We loved the location!! It was very lively, lots of restaurants, shopping, cafes, bars, jazz, rock, and very close to the metro. Even though the area was busy the apartment was quiet. Very central location to all of Paris. The apartment was perfect for us. The bed was comfortable, the apartment was clean and had everything we needed. We felt right at home! The lift was helpful for luggage and we appreciated not having to walk lots of stairs. The washer, dryer and dishwasher were nice conveniences and we enjoyed the peacefulness of the balcony overlooking a lovely courtyard. The building had locks on the doors to get into the building for security. Catherine was very quick to respond to messages and was very helpful. This was our first time in Paris and we didn’t know what to expect, but we would stay in Catherine’s apartment again!! The apartment looks exactly like the Vrbo photos. Excellent stay!

I have never stayed in the 1st Arrondissement before, but was so pleased with the location. Major sites are easily walkable, lots of restaurants, shopping on Rue St Honor and the convenience of Chatelet Les Halles right outside the door was amazing. And even though the apartment building is located in a busy area, we heard no street noise as the apartment overlooks an interior courtyard full of greenery. Very peaceful. The apartment itself is roomy and very comfortable. We loved it and look forward to staying again

Excellent location, access to public transportation, foodie street rue Montorgueil, safe, quiet apartment. VRBO Host Catherine was responsive to my questions and very helpful. She made. A dinner reservation for me! Highly recommend her place!

Felt right at home

The apartment was so well located. With a 2 week stay, we were grateful for the washer and dryer!

This property was very comfortable, in a more modern building with two elevators. It looked out on to a courtyard and was extremely quiet. The outside patio was wonderful although we didn’t sit out due to our November visit. The bed was very comfortable and the kitchen well supplied. Outside your door were restaurants, cafes and shops galore. Also, with Les Halles metro station literally one minute walk, you could go anywhere you wanted. It is one of the largest stations, and the RER B train also is there. That connects you directly to/from CDG in about 45 minutes. The Marais is about an 8 minute walk, the Seine is about the same! The location cannot be beat. All neighbors in the building who we came in contact with were very friendly. Catherine was very easy to deal with and allowed us to stay an extra night. We felt very Parisian staying there and would stay again. One of its best benefits is that check in starts at 8:30, so if you are arriving early morning, no problem.

Great communication and smooth thorough check in. Everything one would want was provided. Very comfortable. And the building is secure with three special access entrance doors before you reach the lifts. Quiet balcony overlooking pretty courtyard. The Forum outside the front of apartment is always bustling with activity. Well located with many sights and activities within walking distance, or the bus or metro if you like.

The location of the apartment is perfect for exploring Paris and visiting the Olympic venues. It was quiet and convenient to have washer/dryer. The easy booking and communication with owner was excellent.
