Charming two-bedroom apartment, located on the 5th floor in the Puerto Mar Urbanisation, km 14, situated in front of the Estacio Canal.



The living room is decorated with great taste and has a dining area and another area with a beautiful sofa, flat-screen television and access to the spacious terrace with beautiful views of the Mar Menor, Mediterranean, Tomás Maestre port and Canal del Estacio - unbeatable!



The main bedroom has a double bed, wardrobe and sea views; the second bedroom has two single beds, wardrobe and likewise, sea views. Between both bedrooms, there is a family bathroom with bathtub; and an independent fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, ceramic hob, coffee maker, oven, microwave and gallery with washing machine.



There are air conditioning units in the living room and in the main bedroom and high-speed internet with fibre optic. The price includes a parking space in the underground communal garage.



Puerto Mar is a beautiful urbanisation, with spacious garden areas, children's playground and very large swimming pool open in 2025 from late June (due to maintenance work) to late September (temporary closure is expected between dates for repairs, confirm dates with agency).



It is a step away from the Tomás Maestre Port, where there are numerous restaurants, bars, shops and a large supermarket (Supercor) next to which a local market takes place on Saturday mornings.



Enjoy the views, the beautiful communal areas and the lovely white sandy beach near the apartment.



We offer the flexible rate option, for a 10% supplement with the possibility of cancellation up to 5 days before arrival, rate available from September to June, both included. If you are interested in booking with this rate, please let us know in advance or when making the reservation, add the comment in the observations section and we will proceed to change the rate and conditions.



Dog is allowed with prior notice (25€ extra per stay).

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment.

For arrivals between 9pm and 12am, prior confirmation is required before booking and incurs an additional fee of 30€.

    Nice location in a well-maintained urbanization with a nice view of the marina and the canal. Excellent service by Nuria from Spanish Connection. The apartment is well furnished, but the furniture could be more comfortable, especially the sofa is very uncomfortable to sit on and should definitely be replaced. It would be a good idea if Spanish Connection has a checklist which is used just before a new rental, so that you are sure that everything works from day one, e.g. that water comes out of all taps, that the internet works, etcetera.
