Stayed Oct 14, 2022For what you have to pay I would have expected a more modern/updated offering. Unit us dated, beds in second bedroom are uncomfortable, garage is tight fit for a modern vehicle. Location is convenient but no sea views Will look elsewhere next time This was a last- minute booking so maybe all the nicer and better value places were gone

Reviewer Comments: We had a lovely stay in this unit, thank you for offering it at such an affordable price. It's not glamorous, there are no bells or whistles, but you can really relax - and it's very close to the beach.

Stayed Apr 16, 2024Overall, this property is in a quiet, good location with just a short walk to Deadman and Cylinder beach, and is near to shops, cafes and the main beach. Although it is aging It was clean and comfortable. Our adult son had to pull the mattress in the spare room onto the floor because the bed wasn't great and checkin could mention entry through the back door. We found this property was good value for money considering the high prices of other rentals.

It has all you need and is clean. The greatest bonus is, as a surfer, it's one of the closest rentals to the jump off spot at Deadmans.
