By booking and occupying this property, you agree to comply with the following House Rules. Failure to comply may result in additional fees, loss of deposit, or termination of the reservation without refund.

Occupancy
Only registered guests listed on the reservation are permitted to stay overnight.
Maximum occupancy limits must be followed at all times. Exceeding occupancy or misrepresentation of guest count may result in immediate termination without refund.

Minimum Age & Age-Restricted Communities
The primary renter must be at least 18 years old.
Some properties are located in HOA-governed or age-restricted communities, including 55+ communities. In these cases:
All guests, occupants, and visitors must meet HOA age requirements
Age restrictions may apply to primary renters and additional occupants
HOA approval or age verification may be required
Failure to comply may result in denied access, termination of the stay, or HOA fines. These situations are not grounds for a refund.

Pets must be leashed outdoors

No glass in pool or lanai areas

Service calls or damage due to misuse will be charged to the guest.

Park only in approved or assigned spaces
No parking on lawns, sidewalks, fire lanes, or unassigned areas
Boats, trailers, RVs, commercial vehicles, motorcycles, or oversized vehicles are not permitted unless approved in writing
Towing, fines, or HOA penalties due to parking violations are the guest’s responsibility.

Cleaning & Trash
Guests are responsible for maintaining reasonable cleanliness.
Trash must be bagged and placed in designated bins
Follow posted recycling rules
All trash and personal items must be removed at check-out
Excessive mess or improper disposal may result in additional cleaning charges.

Appliances, Utilities & AC Use
Use appliances and systems as instructed.
Do not set AC below reasonable temperatures
Turn off lights and appliances when not in use
Do not tamper with thermostats, electrical panels, or equipment
Damage caused by misuse will be charged to the guest.

Maintenance & Property Access
Report any damage or maintenance issues immediately.
Do not attempt repairs
Management may enter the property for emergencies, safety concerns, or HOA compliance
Failure to report issues promptly may increase guest liability.

Behavior & Legal Compliance
Guests must behave respectfully and comply with all laws.
No illegal substances or illegal activities
No unsafe or disruptive behavior
Violations may result in immediate termination without refund.

Security, Cameras & Safety
Lock doors and windows when leaving
Do not share access codes or keys
Tampering with security systems is prohibited
Exterior security cameras and noise-monitoring devices may be in use where permitted by law. No interior cameras are installed in private spaces.

Liability
Guests assume all risk for injuries, accidents, or loss during the stay.
The owner and management are not responsible for personal injury or loss of personal belongings.
Damage, Theft & Missing Items
Guests are financially responsible for damage, theft, or missing items.

    Clean, bright, roomy condo. About 100 yard walk to the beach. This unit is upstairs so prepare for that. Nice pool and access to a dock on the bay side. Well appointed.

    Was left stranded to find another place to stay after waiting outside of the building for nearly an hour after check in time. We were never provided with a lock code or check-in information. Another family in the parking lot had a similar issue. The host BLAMED ME, for “not calling and texting.” I messaged her multiple times in the VRBO app and VRBO support called her twice. The outside of the building looked nice. We got to see the dock and the pool. The island obviously had hurricane damage that they were working on.

    Nice place. I wish we would have known more about the devastation of the beaches. and the all day with trucks and bulldozers. We knew there was some issues. But wasn't informed how bad it was. Being from MN. We don't deal with hurricanes. The room was good . Pool good. didn't plan on traveling to find beaches. Only disappointed with that. So all in all the room nice pool good.

    We were visiting Englewood for the third time, but this was our first time to stay at this condo - and by far our best!! Very clean, very spacious, very easy to check in, closeness to beach and bay were perfect! Had literally everything we needed down to the beach towels and coffee filters! We will absolutely come back!!

    Our family of three spent seven nights here over spring break and absolutely loved our stay! The condo's proximity to the bay, the beach and Manasota's restaurants and shops is outstanding. We enjoyed fishing at the dock, our daughter loved the pool and we all loved catching the evening sunsets from the beach, just a short stroll away. The condo itself is very clean, nicely furnished with comfortable beds and linens. It is stocked with beach chairs, beach towels and inflatables for the pool. The screened porch overlooking the bay was where we spent the majority of our time and I'm sure you will, too!
