Stayed Mar 29, 2026The apartment is right in the middle of the shopping in downtown Portsmouth, but also looks out over the Piscataqua river and the tugboats. Though it’s in an 18th century building, it has been updated and is very comfortable. The cooking facilities are adequate, although I don’t think I’d prepare a Thanksgiving dinner there be aware that there are stairs to go up and they are somewhat steep, but I was stay here again without hesitation.

Stayed Feb 12, 2026Very cozy and clean apartment with great views of the bay! The location was excellent! A short walk to shops and restaurants. We will definitely look to rent it again on our next visit to Portsmouth!

Stayed Nov 14, 2025Great location in Portsmouth. Park your car and forget about it. Walk to all the shops and restaurants in Portsmouth. Condo itself had everything we need down to spare toothbrush and makeup wipes! Plenty of room for the 4 of to sleep and relax. Could not be happier. Highly recommend - won't be disappointed.

Stayed Oct 16, 2025The absolute best location in Portsmouth! Convenient to all the shops and dining and with a beautiful view of the bay. Bedrooms were very nice with comfortable beds & bedding. My only downside is the main living room area is a bit tight for a family of four. One couch that could comfortably seat three people and no dining table to sit and play a game of cards or board game - we used the coffee table with my teenage girls sitting on the floor - it worked, but it certainly was a compromise. Other than that - it's amazing! Would definitely stay there again!

Stayed Jun 22, 2025House is exactly as pictured and in the perfect spot in Portsmouth. We parked our car and never needed it the entire stay because we could walk every where. Hosts were great with local recommendations and very quick to respond. Definitely would stay here again!

Stayed Mar 31, 2025Great communication from the management. We had a furniture issue and they had options to rectify but we choose to decline due to only having a short time in town. We would stay here again or one of their other properties.
