Host was very responsive and accommodating to any needs. Location was great for exploring downtown and near by eateries. Place was very clean and had the essentials we needed.

Room was great. Parking situation with needing to download an app and being able to locate the building at first was difficult. Appreciated the quick response to all my questions though.

Host was responsive, very easy check-in and out experience. It was a great place!

We loved the apartment is was perfect for our time in Austin. The location was convenient to walk to various places to eat. We hope to return in May.

Rental details said the was an elevator for handicapped accessibly. Arrived at rental and elevator was out of service. Rental person at site said they were not responsible for elevator. Codes for entry were not correct. App for garage entry did not work. Had to find other accommodations at last moment. Couldn’t stay at that rental.

Layout was ideal for two couples. Bathrooms were fully stocked with toiletries, towels, and a blowdryer. In a nice area of town too.

Nice place. May become one of our favorites when in town for games.

Was clean and kitchen had items needed to cook. Security of the building was safe with locked gates and front door of building.

The only problem was getting into the garage with the App.The host was able to let us in remotely. We didn't go out to dinner because we were afraid we could not get back in. The place was great and just as pictured.

Clean but well used property...dented refrigerator...moldy grout...wifi was not reliable. Parking good once in but check in process difficult...not prepared for the challenges as info sent just prior to stay...requiring an app to be downloaded and signed into...on the bright side...good support from management...her name is Jade...she was patient and understanding

Great location close to everything. The rental group were excellent at helping us through the process, and everything went incredibly smoothly. It was a great experience.

Clean, spacious, and comfy. Host was helpful and responsive. Two parking spots was convenient for guests. Only caution is the neighborhood is loud and party busy on event days.

Apartment itself wasnt bad. Confusing situation with the app to open gates and all. Wasnt aware there was a huge fraternity house across the street so with the late loud parties sleeping wasnt the best. Water was shut off to the unit for a day (no fault of the owner) and that threw a wrench into our plans as well. However, the owner did all they could and it was an experience we wont forget lol. I WISH I could give it 5 stars, because the property management deserves it, however, the location and water situation just wasnt for us. Probably would be no issue for younger renters though

The hosts were very responsive and made the check in easy. The apt was very clean and had all the necessary amenities. Unfortunately the apt is next to a college fraternity and the music is blasted all night. First night the music stopped at 1030pm. The 2nd night i had to call police twice as the music played until 3am.

Check-in was awesome. The details was magnificent. The kitchen facilities had all the utensils you needed. You just bring your own food, drinks, and seasoning

Awesome! Parking was private, easily accessible and safe. Living conditions were great. Pricing was reasonable as well.

Visiting UT campus with prospective student …location was perfect. We walked to campus several times; took about 20 minutes to do that. When we wanted to go into downtown, we ubered which cost between 8-12 bucks. Loved the apartment; very spacious. I would just say that the hallways and stairways are pretty grim: dirty and dark. Also the elevators were broken so that was kind of lame but to be expected from other reviews. Communication from Austin vacay was excellent and they responded very quickly.

The place isn’t to far from the Austin downtown but the place does have some flaws but nothing that would stop me from coming there again.

Everything was exactly as advertised. The process was easy and the communication was great. I would highly recommend staying here.

The apartment has a fantastic location in that it is within walking distance to so much that Austin has to offer. It was clean and comfortable with a well stocked kitchen. We had some difficulty getting into the garage at first but the host was extremely helpful and communicated quickly. The only downside were the parties across the street on Friday and Saturday nights. The host had provided earplugs so we were able to sleep anyway!

We stayed here while my son was visiting the University of Texas @ Austin. Great location especially to see college life in West Campus. Unit location very close to garage elevator too. Clean and accurately described. Management was very communicative and all instructions very clear. Would stay here again in the future!

Pros: The apartment was very clean, roomy and comfortable — and the West Campus location was very convenient. Cons: We had trouble with the access codes provided — the front door and garage codes had apparently expired and we never did get a functional garage code (we just snuck our vehicle in/out of the garage behind other cars that were coming/going). Not gonna lie: the common areas (halls / lobby) are pretty rough. Overall: really enjoyed the unit — just not a terrific experience getting in/out of it. But the price was right so I’d say a solidly good value overall.

The property and management staff were wonderful, including the very convenient location. With the exception of the frat house music which was extremely loud until 3am and again at 6:30am on game day. Without the excessive noise the property would be near perfect.

We came to Austin to visit UT and decided to book something close to campus. We loved our stay! The place had so much room and was located in a great location. The place was clean, very modern and has everything we needed. Super awesome host as well, very good communication. Hoping to come stay here in the future when we visit my son. I 100% recommend this rental :)
