Tropical studio with partial AC & WiFi - 5 minutes to water taxis and the beach

We had a fantastic stay in Caye Caulker! From the moment we arrived, Raúl made us feel incredibly welcome. He met us at the ferry dock, gave us a great tour of the island, pointed out all the best spots, and took us straight to our suite. The suite was beautiful — even more charming in person! It was spotless, cozy, and just perfect for our birthday celebration. A big thank you to Raúl for his amazing hospitality, and to Beverly as well — she was so kind and helpful with our luggage on the last day. Everything about our stay was smooth, warm, and unforgettable. Highly recommended!

Great location, and only one block from the beach, without having to pay high beachfront cost. Very safe, and the owners are awesome. My stay was phenomenal, and I would definitely recommend this place if you’re visiting Belize on a budget. ?

The room was clean and spacious and had all the amenities I look for (kitchenette, Wi-Fi, beach towels, etc.). Bed is large and super comfy. Felt safe and secure and area was less busy and busy. Highly recommend.

The unit was more than adequate especially since I had only 2 days to find something (our other accommodation lost our listing even though we paid in full last June, and it was occupied. So we were stranded.) The king sized bed was a big plus. The amenities listed on VRBO did not include a induction hot plate so that was another pleasant surprise. The A/C was nice and cold. The only complaint I have is the 2 dogs that live upstairs. I love dogs, but these 2 barked ALL DAY while the tenant was away from 7am to 5pm! Nonstop, very irritating.

The location is centrally located. Spacious with great AC.

Super cute, clean, modern suite on the quiet end of the Main Street. Fantastic for our family of 4. The large king bed allowed for a spacious sleeping area for the adults. The bed was firm, but not hard- which is important to me as a side sleeper. Two fans, including one over the bed made for great sleeping temperature. The “twin” sleeping area was a great layout for my two kids, but was shorter than an average twin- so perhaps best for kids under 10. Loads of amenities, including a broom to sweep the sand, hair dryer, first aid kit, bikes, and umbrellas were an excellent touch. I would advise travelers to bring their own beach towels, and perhaps a heavier blanket for the kids for sleeping (they had a sheet set- but no blanket). All in all- the best Vacasa on the island! Will definitely return!

My first VRBO experience. Was a great property and I would recommend it for 1-2 travelers or a couple with 1-2 small kids. Vacasa MGMT services were great; arranging tours and helping me with the bikes and safe. Property was clean with every modern convenience. Bars on windows. Safe and secure. Cool AC. Full size fridge. WiFi. Located 2-3 blocks from water taxi port, an easy walk. Maybe a 15 min walk or 7 min bike to Lazy Lizard. Owners were present and delightful. Upstairs Neighbors owned a bistro on the island. I would stay there again in a heart beat and hope to return.

This Place was on the main street of the Island, fully equipped with all amenities, AC was on when we arrived, self-check-in was very easy.
