Tropical Getaway w/Patio Entrance #1

Chris was an incredible host and the room was spotless and cozy, perfect for a couple. Lacey the husky was a wonderful guest host, never intrusive and just a joy to be around! The location is perfect, just a little over 15 minutes from downtown Santa Barbara and plenty within the immediate area. The property is gorgeous, we'd be back without hesitation in the future if we head back that way again!

This home is incredible, pictures do not do it justice. The host is incredible and very prepared to make your stay perfect. I felt very safe and relaxed while staying here. You do need a car, but it is worth it. The home was very clean and contained ample space, a fridge, microwave, and more. Excellent place to stay.

The owner was very kind and allowed us to stay until the afternoon as we had a very late flight to catch to Fort Lauderdale. We were so grateful.

The studio absolutely hit the spot and had everything we needed. Chris was also incredibly responsive with any questions. And like so many other renters, we loved the dog. We would happily rent with Chris again.

We really enjoyed our stay! Thank you Chris! Great host, with helpful notes. The property is geourgeous. The guest house was comfy & clean and it is a 10 minute drive to stores and food. Hopefully we can stay here again when visiting my mom in SB :)

My husband and I had a lovely stay at Chris' property. She was very easy to communicate with. The property was clean and comfortable. The view from our patio was beautiful and peaceful. Lacey - her husky was friendly and well behaved. We will definitely keep this property in mind for future stays!

Had everything that we needed. Host was very responsive and helpful. If you want the extra bed, make sure you indicate that you have three guests.

I’ve stayed at this property before but in a different unit and this stay was as great as the last one. The space is perfect for a simple getaway and central to all of SB! I always enjoy the support and communication from Chris and it feels like a nice home away from home when I am there for work

The property was beautiful. The host communicated with us to make sure we arrived okay and didn't need anything. There were instructions for everything we could have had questions about. There is a sweet husky on the property that would stop by in the evening to get some pets and check in on us. We really enjoyed the peacefulness if the property. Would recommend!!
