Trendy & Spacious Suite Walk to Riverfront Park!

Very quiet, easy access to everything downtown. Would stay there again.

Apartment itself was fine. Area was very noisy at night with high traffic and people yelling. But it is downtown and not much can be done about that. Hide a bed is not comfortable unless you like very hard beds. Elevator was a bit sketchy and needs a facelift. No garbage can in bathroom which was odd.

This cute space is right above a fabulous restaurant. It was so nice to not even have to leave the building to get our food. We loved the walkability and would often rent a scooter to zip around town. I will say that the elevator and hallway almost sketched me out due to torn walls and some damage. But the actual apartment more than made up for it! With a convertible sofa, comfy bed, and fullsize bathroom, we just had everything we needed. I would totally stay here again!

The room was great! The kitchenette was well stocked and nice to have.

This Roav managed apartment in downtown Spokane was just want we needed. The location is excellent – a quick walk to Riverside Park and other central Spokane attractions. Lots of great coffee shops, restaurants, shops and entertainment, all within easy walking distance. The apartment is cozy, with large windows in the living/kitchen area which let in lots of great light. The kitchen was well equipped. We particularly appreciated the nice electric kettle for making hot tea. Our host, Jake, was super helpful and responsive. The bulb in the bedside lamp was burned out and he had it replaced within a couple of hours of us reporting it. He was also great with instructions for checking in and out and accessing the building. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will look at staying here again when we return to Spokane.

Our host was very responsive. The apartment is in a great location, within walking distance of shopping and restaurants.

Place was clean, cozy and just what I was hoping for. Location was what I would expect to find in a downtown area of a city.

We Loved your property, our only concern was the odor coming from the laundry area. I know its minor, and their was a plastic bag of towels that was on the ground we were not sure what that was about? Nancy

The rental was clean and had plenty of room. There was coffee provided, always a big plus for me! It was a short walk to Riverfront Park and the Convention Center (about 10 minutes). My Uber driver warned me that there were a lot of homeless people in the area but I felt safe, even when walking alone after dark. I would stay in this rental again if I come back to Spokane.

Wonderful property. They have been renovating the building. Some areas are a little dated. The lobby door has a door code for added security. While it is conviniently in the downtown area, the lack of designated parking, and having to rely on street parking ir oay to park lots means I waz concerned about my personal property and oarking fees. There were severak envounters with billegerent peiple right outside the complex that made soending time outside of the rental stressful.. the host was communicative with me and very hekpful.

The property manager was very responsive, and nice! I was supposed to be visiting my husband who was working in Spokane, but was unfortunately let go and returned home early (around 3-4 days before the rental). I was unable to get refunded for anything, including any cleaning fees unfortunately. I do understand the circumstance however in that this was non refundable.

I needed a fun get-away and downtown Spokane was perfect. The apartment is very conveniently located for walking everywhere in the core of downtown Spokane. The comedy club was close (and the show was just what the doctor ordered). Parking garage across the intersection was easy.

I enjoyed my week stay and wish i would have booked it for my last week but i didn't know how it would be but i enjoyed it and would book again .Next time i visit Spokane i definitely will check em out.

Great location to walk around downtown. Excellent apartment. Clean, modern. No dressers. Only closet space in case you stay longer than a week. But will be using this place again for sure.

Very trendy place, with high ceilings and all the latest kitchen appliances. Across the street from Emma Ru's cocktail lounge and the People's Waffle House (a non-gluten restaurant. We had some minor problems with the air-conditioning when we arrived, but Jake was able to direct us to correct it by email without any problem.
