Welcome to your trendy Downtown San Diego loft, blocks from Little Italy and a short walk to the Gaslamp District and Balboa Park! This stylish two-level loft features a private rooftop patio and an open upstairs bedroom with a comfy queen bed and direct patio access. Please note: the loft-style design means the upstairs sleeping area does not have a door for complete privacy.



Downstairs, you'll find a bright living room with a cozy sofa and TV, perfect for relaxing after a day exploring the city. The fully equipped kitchen opens up to a second private bedroom, also with a queen bed and sun-filled windows for natural light.



A dedicated parking spot is included for your convenience!



Please note: The garage cannot accommodate oversized vehicles over 16ft (e.g., full-size trucks, RVs, or large SUVs).



Local tip: Being close to the heart of Downtown and coming out of summer, it’s common in San Diego to occasionally see bugs. Our unit is professionally cleaned after each stay, and we take every measure to keep it pest-free, though you may encounter the occasional visitor.

    Needs a lot of attention. Not a comfortable apartment during down time. Not a family friendly apartment. Basics are covered.

    I didn’t know that I booked a place across the street from motel 6. People were out in front on their lawn chair smoking cigarettes. The patio had a piece of plywood in between the condo & the neighbor. The air conditioner didn’t work. We left and went to a hotel. I believe this property caters to section 8. I would’ve appreciated a heads up.

    Great location for my purposes. The apartment is somewhat run down but very functional. No big problems. Thank you for the extra towels. Bed upstairs was comfortable

    Keep lighting on and enjoying time with smaller number of cockroaches, or party time with tons of cockroaches in dark.

    The first thing we noticed was the homeless encampment directly across the street in the Motel 6 parking lot. To enter the garage structure at first you need to park elsewhere so you can enter the pedestrian door, go up to the unit then retrieve the garage remote control. I would recommend the property mgr install a keypad by the garage door that will open it. Once in the enclosed parking garage it is a TIGHT FIT to manuver into your parking spot. When we got to the apt there was a lingering smell of marijuana. I think it was coming from the neighboring unit. The unit was mostly clean. The sofa in the livingroom had stains and a cigarette burn. The bed mattresses need to be rotated. Both beds were sunk in on one side. The kitchen was very minimal. No coffee, no foil paper, no dish towel (there was a towel from the restroom that was hanging on the stove), no cleaning supplies to spray on the counter to wipe down surfaces. The apartment is in an ideal spot in being close to downtown area, but unfortunetly the homeless population is all around the area. With the few items I mentioned remedied the unit would be a good place to stay. Of no fault to the property management there is not much to be done with the homeless population. We enjoyed our stay and were able to see quite a few touristy attractions without having to drive to far.
