Tremezzo residence apartment no 1 with pool and spa by Italian Apartments

The location was beautiful and Matteo was a gracious host. This is a great location for families. The grounds and pool area were very well maintained and clean each day. The short walk down to the town via the stairs was beautiful, but making the trip back up would be harder for those older and out of shape. Making the walk back up in the dark is challenging so I would recommend that guests that do not have their own transportation plan ahead a request a taxi early in the day or schedule it the day before. I would most definitely stay at this location again.

Beautiful location and helpful host. The property was peaceful but with easy access to the lakeside and the ferry stop at Tremezzo. The swimming pool is very convenient, just a few steps away from the apartment’s terrace. Spacious apartment and well equipped but some of the furniture is a little past its best. The basement bedroom has limited light from a lightwell. The 2 bedrooms on the ground floor are much nicer. Really enjoyed our stay. Thanks for making us feel so welcome.

This was the perfect place to stay in Tremezzo! So beautiful and relaxing. We had a great time.

We had a lovely week in our appartment. The pool and the jacuzzi are very nice, the house was spacious and clean and the kitchen was complete. The town itself is nice and was not too crowded this week. The short-cut downstairs to the village was very nice. It takes only a few minutes by foot to get to a bar or the lake. Easy to travel around by boat or bus. It is a better suggestion than going by car because of the little amount of parkingspots around the lake. We made some very nice hikes (orrido del senagra/menaggio) and had lots of coffees at red and white, very nice staff at la locanda, and the wine bar (follie) is very good. So this is a nice place to come back to!

We have just returned from a wonderful week here. The swimming pool was superb, always clean and plenty of seating. The views of the surrounding mountains and the lake are amazing. Good car parking, an easy walk down to lake, boats, restaurants etc. Fairly steep walk back but managed easily by younger generation and more slowly by retirees! Matteo is an excellent host, providing information and always available to help. We hope to return before too long.

We had a wonderful stay at Tremezzo Residence situated quietly in the green on a hill with a beautiful view of the lake. Everything there was simply perfect and we can fully recommend this location to everyone who want to spend a vacation at Lago di Como. A very big and special THANK YOU to Matteo, who took care of us there in the best possible and helpful way!

Modern, well equipped, stunning setting & scenery, about 5-10 minutes (steep!) walk from Lakeside. Owner simply could not be more helpful, & is completely straight, with excellent English. All facilities top drawer.

Lovely stay here at tremezzo residence- Everything was spot on from the booking and payment process to the Holiday itself where Matteo met us, who has the perffect host during our stay. Nothing was too much trouble for him. The view pool and general facilities were just as photogrpahed on the site, if not better! Tremezzo is a fantastic sunny location within easy reach of all amenities from the ferry and bus plus had everything we needed in the way of conveniences. We will certainly consider returning and would 100% recommend this residence for a family break in style..

We stayed here last autumn as part of a two stop stay at the residence as our first choice was not available. We have nothing but praise for Matteo, the charming owner. and the residence. From the booking, we paid by card, to being met on arrival, everything ran smoothly. The home is beautifully furnished, spacious and with a cool interior, the home offered a welcome retreat after balmy days boating or eating on the lakeside. Tremezzo is steeped in history and for us, we really enjoyed exploring the aged old streets and villas ,which makes it popular for tourists as well as italians and as such there is a good selection of bars and restaurants as well as the ferry to access the more touristy locations such as Bellagio and Menaggio. The residence features a jacuzzi and sauna as well as a pool and safe parking. We have recommended you to friends and will be back in the summer for sure.
