Treetop 12A offers the perfect blend of convenience and mountain charm. Just a short walk to Snowshoe Village, Ballhooter Lift, Split Rock Pools, restaurants, shops, and Wildcat Provisions, this townhouse style condo sleeps up to 8 guests. Enjoy heated floors in the kitchen and bathrooms, mountain-inspired décor, two private decks, WiFi throughout and peaceful wooded surroundings. The ideal home base for skiing, mountain biking, hiking, festivals, and year-round mountain adventures.>The mudroom features a washer/dryer unit, boot and ski storage, boot dryers, and ample hooks for coats and helmets. In the summer you can utilize two hanging bike racks, keeping your bikes safely inside, or keep them on the back deck which has exterior access.

Each room features a smart TV for those wet and rainy or just too cold days when you want to curl up and watch a good movie. In the hutch you will find multiple games, cards and puzzles for entertainment after a long day on the slopes.

The fully stocked kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals, including a crock pot, instant pot, toaster, blender and air fryer. Need that extra pick me up, the coffee station provides a traditional coffee pot as well as K-cup station and hot water for that cup of cocoa for the kids. The large kitchen table comfortably seats 6 for meals.

Upstairs, the master bedroom has a queen size bed, phone and apple watch chargers and has access to a private balcony. The “bunk” room has a twin over full bunk and a twin over twin bunk, as well as a twin trundle bed.

Enjoying a summer retreat Eat a meal outside on the back deck stocked with a propane grill, table and chairs for dining, 2 Adirondack chairs and a cushioned bench all with direct access off the deck to a grassy area.
