Stayed Sep 30, 2023We loved how very clean and charming the apartment was. It is a walking distance to great restaurants in Trastevere. We walked comfortably with our pre-teen kids across the river to the city centre and the St. Peter’s Basilica. The neighborhood felt safe to us. We even walked with our kids at night. Arianna provided regular updates which was greatly appreciated and offered her assistance. We would stay here again.

Stayed Oct 3, 2023There was no mention of the two flights of stairs to get to the apt before climbing the next flight and a half to the bathroom and bedroom. Thankfully, the host carried my suitcase up the stairs and also helped with my husband’s. But we had to get down those stairs with our luggage with no help when we left. The hallway from the street to outside the apartment stank badly of mildew. No instructions as to size of cups to use in coffee maker. But instructions re garbage sorting, gas turn on and emptying tray under air conditioner. Overall attitude was to take care of owners considerations but not your guests! Arianna was a delightful person and responded quickly to calls for help with taxis. Also her help will th luggage was greatly appreciated as was early check in. Also, there was lots of fresh clean linen! That was a plus. But overall the apartment was inconvenient and not worth the rate charged. I see since we left, the rate is down to 1/2 of what we paid! Quite a change in only two weeks later in season. I will uodnt ever recommend this apartment to anyone. We did not enjoy it. You could knock yourself out getting off the toilet seat or using the table for unpacking the luggage in the bedroom. Also, my husband is 6 ft tall - the shower was very uncomfortable. There were no instructions for the washer - I had to send photos to Davide and Arianna to and text a number of times to get it working.

Stayed Jul 1, 2023We had a wonderful time in Rome and really enjoyed this apartment. Great location, close to everything. We could walk or take a taxi when it was too hot. We were even able to enjoy riding the scooters you can rent everywhere. The apartment was located in a very quite street, still about 2 blocks from all the restaurants and center of town. The apartment had everything we needed, it’s perfect for a small family (we were 4). Thanks Arianna for being so responsive and always tried to make sure we were enjoying our stay. Although we didn’t meet in person, check in was very easy and everything was as promised. Thanks for checking with us every day. I will definitely recommend your apartment and we hope to come back one day. Alex

Stayed May 30, 2023Fantastic location, communication (super fast and helpful), a lovely apartment. Also, the bed was super comfortable. Our host arranged multiple cabs for us for early morning flights from Fiumicino and made terrific recommendations. She was great.

Stayed Nov 10, 2022Adrianna was such an attentive and caring hostess! She made herself completely accessible and communication was top notch. She really went the extra mile in making our stay lovely and special. The apartment is very nice and clean, and the location is great. There is a nice spacious living room that can accommodate additional guests. I was visiting my daughter at John Cabot University, and it was literally a minute’s walk away - extremely convenient! I was so grateful I picked this apartment. It is also right by the Tiber River and walking distance to all the major tourist sites. I didn’t have to use pubic transportation to get to any of them. Overall, a great experience. Thank you Arianna, it was a pleasure staying at your apartment!

Stayed Aug 24, 2022My daughter and I stayed here for a week prior to the start of her study-abroad program. The apartment was very spacious, very clean, and all the systems worked well (AC, washer, shower). The location was also excellent for us, as it was very close to my daughter's university and of course right in the heart of Trastevere with its wonderful nightlife, dining, shops. The place is roomy enough to offer privacy (the bedroom is set off from the living room, and the kitchen is on a different level), but is also conducive to gathering for meals/games, or watching shows. Our host Arianna was fantastic, from finding places to eat and shop, to her assistance with my taxi on my last day in Rome! The property is a short walk to Villa Farnesina and its Raphaelite frescoes; Piazza Trilussa or Piazza Santa Maria - great for street performances, lots of restaurants - and walking or biking distance to attractions like the Trevi fountain or the restaurants by the Portico d'Ottavia. Overall, a great home base for exploring the Eternal City! * I just want to note that very big/tall people may find it challenging to take a shower. The shower head is only about 170 cm (67 inches) from the floor, and the main opening is ten inches wide. (There is another, wider door to the shower - next to the toilet - but the ceiling is lower at that point.) It was not an issue for my daughter or I, but if my husband (5'10) had been with us, he might have had an issue fitting into the shower stall. I have noted this to our host, so perhaps this will be remedied in future. **The stairs inside the apartment have vertical bars on one side, which are quite widely spaced. I would suggest that this property is best for adults, or families with older kids (not toddlers). Guests with mobility issues (I'm thinking of my mom who has a bad knee) may find it challenging to negotiate the interior stairs since there is only a banister on one side. I would highly recommend communicating with the host if you have any questions - Arianna is very responsive and helpful!
