Well equipped. Neighborhood is very quiet

This was a great place to stay during our trip to Charlotte. It’s a great location to everything we visited including the race track, the spectrum center, the race shops and the nascar hall of fame. The check in process was communicated clearly through email and we had no problems at all getting inside. The home is in a very nice neighborhood and we felt totally safe during our stay. We accidentally left a travel bag behind and the owners were great about getting that back to us in a timely manner. We would most definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone considering a couples getaway to the Charlotte area. 10 out of 10 for sure.

Excellent clean and modern unit. Great place to relax after exploring all day! All amenities needed were included. Quiet neighborhood - short drive to downtown, UNC Charlotte, north Charlotte (Concord Mills & CMSW).

Everything was delightful. The hosts were the best. They responded quickly to a minor inconvenience, of needing batteries for a remote. The location was very convenient to our Conference. We are quite pleased‼

Dirty, un-welcoming space, mold in the bathroom and it smelled. Rough bath towels. It appears that the host cares more about their bank account than their guests. Would not recommend this VRBO and won’t stay here again.

Thank you for providing us with some much need accommodation during an unexpected difficult time. The place was beautiful with everything needed in place. Host was very helpful and responsive. Really plan to come back when we can really enjoy all the amenities this great space offers.

The home is in a beautiful neighborhood. The portion of the home that has this rental is very clean, well maintained and had everything we needed. We really enjoyed our stay. Thank you for sharing your lovely home.

Apartment was in the basement of a residential home where the owners were present. Very loud above. Entrance was not lit and not well described how to find. Toilet seat was broken. Needs a dehumidifier in the basement. Very musty smelling. Linens and bed were clean and comfortable. Remote in bedroom did not work for the tv.

What an amazing place to stay. I was in Charlotte for a conference and this was the perfect getaway after all sessions!

This was a great place for us to stay in the Charlotte area and was a good value. It was clean enough ... though we did need to clean sticky areas off the floor, and wash a glass from the cabinet with greasy fingerprints and food residue on it. I usually wash dishes before I use them in VRBOs anyway, but it was gross. The bed was clean and comfortable and it was great being able to set the thermostat to our liking. The host was responsive to messages. The whole time we were there, we only heard footsteps from above a few times. It was very quiet and restful. A floor lamp or two for the seating area would have been nice. Only one side of the bed has access to an electrical outlet. Having a place to plug in a phone charger on each side of the bed would have been a nice amenity.

This property is in a really nice neighborhood and easy to access. The rental has all the amenities needed for a short stay. The king size bed is very comfortable. Communication with the owner was great. The only negative aspect of our stay is the celling/upstairs flooring is very thin. We could hear every step made by whoever was in the upstairs rental. We would stay again if in the area.

We really enjoyed our stay here! Heather was so helpful and accommodating with us to ensure we had a great stay. The place was immaculate and well stocked with everything you could need. The location is so convenient for everything in the area. I highly recommend this to everyone!

Very nice neighborhood. We weren't here much and when we were the owners were barley noticeable. The apartment is set up nicely for a couple to stay for a few days.

Clean, private, Couldn’t ask for better

Great folks who were friendly and about 15 minutes from PNC Arena, plus close to everything you can imagine, but still secluded away from the city traffic. Great stay!

We rented this property for 3 nights with the knowledge that a family with young kids lives in the upstairs. We quickly realized this was not the case because of excessive noise throughout all hours of the day AND night. The owner never responded to our four messages which caused us to have to talk to the neighbors to find out what was going on. Long story short, the top part is also being rented out. As two young girls, coming back to our VRBO to 5 grown men standing in our driveway was very scary. The listing should be updated to reflect the current situation so nobody else will be mislead.

Overall, the place was good. Basement in-law suite that you access from a path around the side of the main house. Kitchen had all the amenities and updated appliances. Would not call the apartment modern however. Furniture was a mix of older pieces. Bed had a brick as one of its legs and the coffee station was using a 4x4 piece of wood as a leg. Bathroom needs updating but was functional.

The check-in process couldn’t have been easier and the host is very responsive to messages. We had an issue where most of the lights were not working due to a tripped breaker and it was fixed shortly afterward. Otherwise, everything was comfortable. Some people might not like the fact that there are no windows in the bedroom but I slept like a baby because it was so dark and cozy.

The apartment is very comfortable and quiet. It's in a really nice neighborhood, and was centrally located to anything we were interested in. Mostly, we were interested in quiet and relaxation, and that's what we got.

This is a hidden gem. It's just as described. It's quiet, quaint and very relaxing. I would recommend it for the solo traveler.

The apartment was clean, spacious, and cute! Located in a wonderful neighborhood with a quick drive to most locations. Heather was also quick to respond and a great host!

My husband and I enjoyed our stay. The kitchen was well stocked and everything was very clean. The bed/pillows and the bathroom left a little to be desired. The noise from upstairs was minimal, which was appreciated. The location is central to so much, which made our exploring easy - it was a great hub for the purposes of our trip.

Quiet and comfortable space on the lower level of the house. Great host and we enjoyed our stay!
