Townhome #2 -3 Bed/2 Bath Beautifully renovated modern apartment w/Waterviews!

Property was great location, the furniture and decor definitely needs updating, very cheap and uncomfortable; especially for price of stay.

Place is down the street to all the eateries and tourist spots. Parking is off site.

We enjoyed our stay. It was roomy, very clean, and the beds were comfortable. We could walk to everything we wanted to see. The host replied right away to any questions we had. Definitely would stay here again.

The townhouse was perfect for the six of us. We had 4 adults and 2 kids. We loved it! It is very clean and spacious. The kitchen has a table for six and is very easy to cook/serve meals in. Having a parking spot right there was so convenient! It has a beautiful view of the water and is within walking distance of shops and restaurants. We will only stay at this location when we come back!

This place was an amazing find! The location was great - less than 10 min walk to all of the historical sites. The check in process was smooth and the host was very quick in responding to questions.

It was a great place to stay for our visit to Salem. The washer was moldy so we weren’t able to wash our clothes during the stay, which was disappointing. The stairs leading up to the unit were steep and narrow, which I felt wasn’t disclosed properly in the listing. It was a bit difficult getting up and down the stairs with our luggage. Otherwise, a wonderful stay in a nice home and a beautiful area.

Absolutely loved our stay here! The property was very clean and well-kept, and the location is beautiful! We loved the space, especially the room upstairs!

Everything about our stay was easy and as expected. The apartment was very neat and clean and the house rules were spelled out. We really appreciated the binder of information, things to do and places to eat. Would definitely return!

Pros: Location! The apartment is located very close to the water and within walking distance of many Salem sights. We loved having a great coffee shop/cafe right across the street. Parking was onsite and felt safe. The apartment is spacious with plenty of room for a family or group. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. When we had a concern, the host was instantly available and took care of the problem right away. Con: The furniture throughout the apartment was utilitarian and uncomfortable. For example, the beds were just mattresses placed directly on top of creaking metal frames. Overall, we had a good stay and feel that for those prioritizing a great location and lots of space, it’s a terrific choice.

This place was absolutely perfect! Beautiful, clean, stocked with any essentials I could possibly think of. The hosts and management were professional yet friendly and so helpful. Lastly the location and view can not be outdone, we stayed 2 weeks and wished I would have booked longer because it was so perfect.

This stay was fantastic! It is up a staircase but my group was able. The house is perfectly comfortable and in a great location too see all the Salem Halloween things!

Parking was off premise but very close. Unit was spotless and plenty of items to make stay comfortable. The location was perfect walking distance to everything. The unit has great updates for such an old building it felt fresh, updated and comfortable with central air, Nest thermostats etc. We would consider renting the unit next door - as that is the unit with the “full” water view (pictured) and the parking on site - but would definitely stay in this unit again too. For those who like to visualize, plan and know check-in details ahead of time be forewarned that check - in details within 24 hours actually means you will receive details only hours before check in. This proved cumbersome for us as we were traveling from out of State with multiple delays, inclement weather while coordinating last minute wedding plans. That said, the host was extremely responsive and explained that it was for security. This unit and location helped make a wedding weekend very memorable and convenient for the parents of the Bride during Salem’s “busy season”.

The host Jennifer was awesome answered all of questions. The townhome was amazing had anything you needed along w short walk to downtown! We thoroughly enjoy our stay and ourtrip to Salem!

This house is perfectly located for all the Salem things, the waterfront views are beautiful! Parking was just down the street, there was coffee in the house but the little coffee and wine bar across the street was epic! We loved it!

Great location and easy walk to downtown Salem, away from the crowds, but still central to everything that we wanted to get to. The parking garage was an easy walk. Spacious accommodations.

The location was perfect, and we would definitly stay here again. Walking distancr to Everthing, and a beautiful view. Although the kitchen wasn't really set up for those who like to cook/eat in. There were no baking sheets which was quickly remidied with a phone call, but also minimal dishware and only one wine glass - so bring you own if you plan on drinking wine.

Travelled with 3 Adult women. Fabulous to have three bedrooms. Great location for walking in Salem.

This property was right across from the warf and had you within a 10 minute walk of where ever you would want to be in Salem

The house was exactly as described and perfectly situated to enjoy all the nearby sights. We were able to walk to get breakfast, lunch, dinner and delicious cookies for dessert at Goodnight Fatty. This made a great home base for getting around Salem.

Great location! Walked to everything!!! Wonderful trip. Suggest bringing an umbrella as the property does not have one avaliable and it rains sporadically! Overall, super awesome! Highly recommend!!!

The house was as advertised. The check in process was easy and clear. The owner even included cute little soaps and shampoos. We had a great view of the water and a close walk to most of Salem!!

Place was clean. Very cozy! Parking was an inconvenience. We noticed the new arrivals downstairs left their car on sidewalk overnight which made it hard to pack our stuff in car. Also, having to check in later in the afternoon was a disappointment. We normally like to check in by morning, put our stuff away and then enjoy the sites! Very nice place overall!

Nice condos, use the two separate units as one large one for my family during my son's wedding. Convenient to walk to venue as well as downtown attractions. Townhouse was clean. All amenities worked and featured as described, would stay here again

It was a nice place! TV in master bedroom would lose sound after 15 minutes. Didn’t like having to park far away. The place was nice and clean.

This is our 3rd or 4th year staying at this property. We have stayed in Units 1 & 2. Both are fully equipped with super comfy beds, lots of towels and everything you need in the kitchen. Amazing location! You will not be disappointed. Historic, beautiful home!!!!!

This house is beautiful, quaint, and in the perfect location. We had the best time, parking at the South Bay garage was easy and close. The sites of Salem were within walking distance and easy to get to. We could stay here again.
