    Let me start with the positive - the property manager was very responsive and the location was great. If I were a college student, this rental would have been perfect. However, for a family, it wasn’t ideal. The main reason I gave it three stars was because it wasn’t very clean. The floors were extremely dirty so there was no walking around in bare feet. And the whole house smelled musty and had a pet smell to it that bothered my allergies. The bedrooms had the bare necessities, but there was no furniture, other than the bed and a desk - No dressers and only one bedroom had a mirror. The kitchen was great, but if you wanted to cook, you had to have your own sheet pan, oven mitt and dish towels. On the outside, the over grown weeds were every where including the back where the parking is located. At the end of the day, it got the job done, but I don’t think that I would recommend this place for a family.
