Stayed Dec 31, 1969the apartment was in an excellent location and was very good value for money. It was very well equipped with all one could need for a self catering holiday but was also close to many bars and restaurants if required. The Casasol office were also very helpful and we were able have the use of the apartment on our last day which was great as our flight was late at night.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Good location to the Torrecilla beach. Good service fron Casasol In the balcony there was no table to sit and eat with. We also miss beachchairs.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969This apartment is located in a first line Torrecilla Beach location very close to restaurants, cafes, supermarkets, bakery, medical centre and stores. It is about a 10 minute walk to old town and the Balcone de Europa and San Salvador Church. Very enjoyable sea promenade for walks or jogging, which is lighted at night. The apartment has a small kitchenette but is very well equipped with all necessities to make meals. The balcony terrace looks out onto the gardens, pool area and outdoor restaurant of the Riu Monica Hotel. If you are in the apartment, during breakfasts and dinners, you can hear dishes clanking and conversation from the restaurant. The apartment is accessible through the lift or stairs in the main Edificio Torresol but guests need to exit the main building and access the apartment by an outdoor covered walkway in an annex location. Beach chairs and a chaise lounge are available for guests. The stop for the inter urban bus is just steps up the road ramp beside the Riu Monica Hotel. The apartment would be very convenient for 1-2 people for short stay vacations but would be small for four people. Only 2 chairs are provided with the small dining table - 2 additional plastic chairs are on the balcony terrace and one is in the bedroom. Really loved having the washing machine available to do laundry. A portable clothes rack and clothes pins were provided. The apartment could use a modern furniture upgrade and the replacement of the gas burner cooking hub. Additional blankets and better quality beds and pillows could be provided. The apartment can be damp and a dehumidifier could also be provided.
