Top of the Shoppe - Studio Downtown Traverse City

The parking was a bit confusing. We had someone that was parked in our spot our first day. We received a couple parking tickets even though we had our parking pass displayed. That was the only downside. Super cute, clean and well stocked. I love that when we left there wasn't a long list of things we had to do before leaving. The location was awesome also. Eat at the Omelet shop. It was awesome.

The location is fabulous! The rental is clean with lots of extras that make the stay enjoyable. Communication is extremely clear and prompt. Check in and check out is easy.

The apartment was very clean and in a great location with a nearby reserved parking spot. The kitchen and bathroom was stocked with everything we needed for our 2-night stay, including snacks, utensils, coffee, and games. We couldn’t have asked for a better location to stay at!

Great find for a downtown experience. Walked to every TC shop, restaurant and bookstore. Lovely and clean little Top of the Shoppe experience!

We were right in the middle of the downtown shopping area. Walking distance to restaurants, shopping and even a movie theater. We will definitely stay here again!

Lovely large studio with all the amenities, really comfortable bed, and more. Above the Omelette Shop and a great location. I was worried we would smell breakfast cooking, but did not. Would definitely return this charming studio.

The Top of the Shoppe Studio is a must stay when visiting Traverse City! The studio was extremely clean and all the special touches created the welcome feel! Very professionally done on so many levels!

We enjoyed staying here. Studio is very clean, modern, and easy check-in and out process. It’s within walking distance to shops, restaurants, Clinch Beach, and so much to do nearby. We loved the Omlette Shoppe which is located underneath the studio. Very convenient to have to the parking pass included. We would definitely recommend staying here!

What a beautiful place! Not only is the location great, but Heather has furnished the newly renovated space with every amenity you might need. Five stars are well deserved.

Quick weekend away to enjoy all that TC offers. Great location. Comfortable accommodations. Fantastic shower. Air conditioner worked great and provided relief from the 80-degree weather. Loved walking to Farmers Market, dinner, and down to the Bay. I will definitely come back again!

Everything was perfect and the location couldn’t be better.

The studio was beautiful, clean and very comfortable. The kitchen was stocked with just about everything you might need to heat up some left overs from a night out. The host left some snacks as well which was a nice touch after a night out. The only “downfall” was the listing mentioned it had shampoo and conditioner, however our stay did not. We had some hotel bottles in our travel bags so we were all set! We will definitely look this place up again next time!

The location is fantastic. Walkable to waterfront, restaurants, breweries and so much more! Designated parking spot was close and convenient. This newly renovated studio apartment is larger than expected, designed to make the most of the space. The bathroom is large and kitchen space is well-stocked. Didn't hear any noise from the restaurant below. Bed was memory foam but quite comfortable. Would definitely stay again!

Everything was great, the only thing I would have any complaint with would be the bed. Just too soft for me and my wife.Other than that it was great, we would definitely come back again!

Enjoyed a winter stay in Traverse. The studio was very clean; everything was very new. Quick walks to restaurants/bars downtown. And a nice drive to the peninsulas. Would definitely stay here again.

This was a perfect location walkable to everything downtown. It was so nice to have a designated parking spot. I was impressed there was even a plug in fan to use if needed. The bed was very comfortable and the whole condo felt very clean!

My husband and I stayed here to attend the fireworks competition at Turtle Creek Stadium opposed to a local hotel that we stayed at last year. This was so much better! Perfect location, very clean, convenient access to vehicle, and the extras (games and snacks) were so thoughtful. Will definitely book again when visiting Traverse City

The property is very newly renovated and clean. The location and easy parking right downtown is very convenient. The check-in process was very easy and there were lots of nice little touches like snacks, waters, back-up toiletries, etc. If you are looking for a place right down town th, this place is a nice option.

Modern look and feel. Temperature of room was easy to control. The steps up to the unit are a bit daunting when unloading but we got used to them as the days passed. Overall a great place to stay. Super convenient location. Thought we would hear some noise from the omelette shop but surprisingly not much noise at all.
