Ererything is in good working condition.

Room was spotless. Everything was walkable. Quiet big room for solo travel.

Location very convenient, room spacious enough for 2 people. However a bit noisy, you could hear everything from the street and from the second apartment. If you need to sleep with darkness bring an sleeping mask as the blinders do not cover the light. It smelled a lot like humidity. Overall it has a lot of potential with a bit more care, okay for a short stay.

The shower drain flooded. The bed fitted sheets did not fit on the bed and kept rolling out.

The property is on the first floor. For some reason, the elevator doesn't go there. This means you have to carry your suitcases upstairs. If you're fit and strong, no problem. If you're elderly or frail, it might be an issue. There's a number of small restaurants around the corner as well as a supermarket. Tick. Easy walk to all of Ljubljana's main tourist attractions. Tick. The host communicated clearly via WhatsApp. Tick.

Absolutely loved my stay at this property! I came to attend a science congress and I am very sensitive to noise and do not sleep well in noisy environments, yet even though this apartment is in the city centre it was so amazingly quiet! And the host was kind enough to extend my stay for another day at very short notice. It could have not been a better location: walking distance from the congress venue, walking distance from bus/train station and the beautiful Tivoli park. Good price too.

The property is very well located. You can easely rich the historic center of Liubliana.

perfect location, very inexpensive but a couple of small flaws. Communication was polite but slow. Checkin instructions, despite a plea to get them before I boarded my plane to Europe only came a few hours before actual checkin time. The biggest issue was that the place had a distinct locker room smell. I bumped into the host in the hallway on my second day and after exchanging greetings I explained that I thought someone with strong body oder had probably slept in the bed and transferred some disagreeable oder to the synthetic blankets, and that a vinegar soak would likely deal with the issue quickly He just expressed polite disagreement with my assessment and said they were washed regularly pointing to the freshely washed sheets (not blankets) in front of him. I felt bad going over it again several times but I got the impression he would continue to politely disagree. Third, the sloped hallway immediately in front of the inner door was in total darkness.

I loved our stay! It was the perfect size and you couldnt BEAT the location! Will definitely be returning.

Nice place , well located close to train and bus. Just the walls are very thin and we could hear the neighbors all night

This property was very close to the bus station as well as the city center - it was clean, nicely furnished and comfortable.

Fantastic place, spotlessly clean, great facilities and modern. Lovely little extras to make the stay more confortable. Great location just 10 mins walk from centre, and in a lovely quiet area. Comms from host Luka were spot on. Highly recommend!

This place was fantastic. Luka was extremely helpful for check in with perfectly clear instructions even though we checked in very late. The place has everything you need from towels and soap to umbrellas and full kitchenette. We had an amazing time in Ljubljana in part because of this place. Thanks again Luka. Highly recommended!

Our stay in this appartement was lovely. It is really close to the old town, which was so nice. The kitchenette was great to (we cooked some nice pasta!)

Great location walking distance from our car rental and all downtown locations. Nice little market in the building. Host was very communicative when we needed anything.

Wonderful apartment for 2 people in a superb location. Excellent WiFi, good kitchen facilities, very clean, great TV with loads of channels. Comfy beds , very safe . 5 minutes walk from the bus station. Highly recommend.

Had a lovely time in Ljubljana - place was perfect

A short 2 night break in a central apartment in Ljubljana. Can recommend this apartment for it's location and comfort. The check-in /out was easy and communication excellent. Stylish and clean with good facilities. Easy walk to old town with bars, restaurants and shops. Supermarket practically next door so prosecco can be popped easily into the fridge. Shower hot and bathroom pristine.

This location is walkable to old town, the train station and bus station are also right there,

The apartment is very clean ,well equipped , comfortable bed and spacious enough for two persons. I had some problem with the middle door to get into the apartment , but the owner assisted me and find a solution to get in the apartment, he has been very available. The wi-fi connection is reliable but isn't working in all the apartment.

The accommodation was very spacious and comfortable and included a private bathroom, kitchen and air conditioning. It is perfectly located in the heart of Ljubljana.
