With 10 units on the property, all with stunning water views, across the street from the ocean, and a short walk to Wallis Sands Beach. Unit 10 features large front windows with an ocean view and a comfortable couch overlooking the water. Don't want to sit inside to enjoy the view Relax on the large outdoor deck and take in the sun and water views!

These items are intended to get you through the first few days of your stay. If you anticipate needing more, please plan to bring additional supplies.



Cleaning: Our cleaners are taking extra care to disinfect frequently touched surfaces between reservations (doorknobs, surfaces, light switches, remote controls, tables, fan and lamp chains, thermostats etc).

Important - We have a Ring Doorbell Camera on the exterior of our property facing the outside of our entrance. This is not monitored but does record. We also have a Minut noise monitor system located inside the property in the kitchen/living room. This is a smart home device that measures volume levels throughout the property, it does not record sound but allows us to respond to noise nuisances in a timely manner to ensure all neighbors are being respected. The Town of Rye, New Hampshire is located on the Atlantic Coast, a one hour drive by car from Boston, Massachusetts; Portland, Maine or the foothills of New Hampshire's White Mountains. Although Rye has a total area of 35.5 square miles, 64.45% of it (22.9 square miles) is wetland or marsh. The Town of Rye has the longest stretch of coastline of any New Hampshire coastal town and also contains four of the nine islands known as the Isles of Shoals which lie approximately ten miles off the Rye shores. Rye is known for it's beautiful unique beaches, tasty seafood, plenty of coastal fun and is ideally sandwiched between Hampton to it's south and Portsmouth to it's north.

This property is a short walk to the beach but a car is needed to get to the property

    A perfect getaway with a gorgeous view! We were looking for a quiet place to stare at the waves and walk on the beach - this didn't disappoint!

    Stunning open ocean views! This second floor one bedroom unit was clean and spacious with large open air side deck. Best suited for 2 people as the pull out sofa bed was not as comfortable for an added adult.

    The view from the room and deck were incredible and as described. The bed and pillows were very comfortable enabling a great night's sleep. The condo was clean and the neighborhood is very safe. There is a lovely beach within walking distance or a 3 min drive (see pic) and we loved walking the shoreline and taking in the view. Nearby you will find the Rye Lobster Pound (casual - maybe 10 min drive) and the Carriage House (upscale- approx. 12-15 minute drive) - both delicious. Most importantly, the property manager had excellent communication and was very attentive to all needs. This personal touch makes all the difference.

    I booked the trip rather last minute, but I was impressed at how quickly it was to communicate with the renter. The view is picturesque and absolutely gorgeous. If I had any questions, I was given responses very quickly. My partner and I actually slept on the couch instead of the bed so that we could wake up with the view and sound of the ocean as close as possible. It was perfect! Nice and private, wouldn’t have known there was anyone else is the other couple units of the home. Literally steps to the beach and quick drive to town and Portsmouth/Kittery! We definitely will be staying again!

    Enjoy the View in the living room. Enjoy the view with a coastal breeze on the deck. Take a scenic 15-minute ramble in the view of the beach. Then chill on the beach. Return to the rental and cook or a 15-minute drive into Portsmouth for In-town dining.

    The location is fantastic and the views are amazing! We would absolutely stay here again. The only thing was that the pillows were really flat with almost no support- get new pillows and this would be 100% perfect!

    We always come to the New England coastline in the fall and this was our first time in Rye. The place was wonderful. Very clean and well kept. And the view was spectacular!!! On the second floor your don’t even know the road is there. My only suggestion would be to have a removable insert for the stairwell down to the next unit. It’s a little close to the couch and could be a little bit of a slip and fall thing.

    The view from the deck and the living room are gorgeous. Very comfortable and definitely enough room 1 or 2 people. As others have said it is a house that has been split into several units. The old stairway is still in the apartment but closed off with a door. You could definitely hear noise from the other units. So if you have a noise sensitivity like me be advised. I would definitely stay again but not on a busy week
