Stayed Dec 31, 1969La location était propre et fonctionnelle, bien située par rapport à la plage et au centre ville. L’annonce mentionnait une connexion internet wifi, hors après avoir cherché en vain la box internet et le code wifi, j’ai appelé l’agence locale qui m’a annoncé que le logement n’avait jamais été équipé d’internet, rejetant la faute sur la centrale de réservation. La centrale de réservation m’a pourtant assuré que c’était l’agence locale qui éditait les annonces. Bref, pas de solution trouvée, la personne du service client poplidays, très réactive, m’a promis un dédommagement. Le descriptif parle également d’un appartement « entièrement climatisé », il n’en est rien, seule la pièce principale est équipée. Les chambres sont loin du climatiseur et donc n’en profitent pas. Elles sont d’ailleurs équipées de ventilateurs hors d’âge, dont un ne fonctionnant pas.
