( could have had 2 more if you wanted)Heaters worked fantastic, 2 x toiles were big plus we were surprised to find the lounge turned into double bed so we had 3 room option. The unit is fully stocked with everything needed.Is so close to everything it’s the best place to stay. We will definitely look to rebook for next year.There were a few minor issues but the host replied straight away and the issues sorted. One major plus for us was Sat night fireworks- great vantage point and the BOOM through the village is mind blowing.

Stayed Jul 25, 2025We loved the location and size of the property. Very clean and easy to check in. Up a few flights of stairs. A smart TV would have been amazing as it rained for most of our stay.

Stayed Aug 4, 2024The apartment was warm and comfortable. It was the perfect size for our family of 2 adults, a teen & 10 year old. The kitchen is small but well equipped and we were able to cook our meals easily. Comfy beds. Handy drying cupboard and easy access, secure, ski storage on the ground floor. The apartment is on the third floor so there are quite a few stairs, but not a problem for us. The only downside was that we didn’t receive the check in details and had some trouble contacting the host. It was all sorted and we got in with no problem and loved our stay.

Stayed Jul 17, 2024Close to everything in the village and the bus which got us to the Gondala and Friday Flat very easily. Also could watch the Saturday night fireworks from the balcony which was great for the kids!

Stayed Jun 22, 2024Tombarra 5C was a lovely comfortable stay for our family of 5 in Thredbo for 5 days. It’s conveniently located in the village with a shuttle bus stop directly outside the apartments going to the village and Friday flats ski area. The apartment is well appointed with everything you need in the kitchen and the heating works really well! The ski locker downstairs is a godsend not having to cart it up 3 levels of stairs. We’ll be back!
