The Toadhouse was very clean. It was perfect for our short stay in Athens. Communication on items and place were excellent.

Clean and cute property!

This was our 2nd stay and we were just as pleased as the first time. It is such a great space and the owners thought of everything!

What a great place - warm, inviting, and easy to use. Instructions were easy to follow and Thomas provided timely messages.

Studio was exactly what we needed for our short stay in Athens. Host was respectful, responsive and the amenities were in great condition. Would definitely stay here again.

Everything was nice.

Thomas was amazing. We got a couple of inches of snow and Thomas was out each day shoveling and icing the driveway so we could get out. The place was super cute and just like the advertisement.

Everything about this VRBO was exactly as described. The instructions were the most detailed I've ever seen!

This was just perfect for a short visit to move our daughter into UGA. Conveniently located and so many amenities! Would recommend again and again.

Pictures do not do this property justice. It was super clean and the hosts seemed to have thought of everything to make the stay comfortable. Communication was easy and the host was very responsive. There was a guide for everything from how to unlock the door to local restaurants and must-see areas. It was a perfect stay!

Great stay for a GA game.

We stayed at the Toadhaus when our dog needed heart surgery at UGA. It was a very stressfull time but having a great place to stay was something we didn't have to stress about. The studio was clean, quiet, safe and private. It was conveniently located, just a short drive anywhere we wanted to go. Highly recommend staying here.

Everything was clean. Simple instructions to follow and fit picture and description of studio.

What a great little place! Extremely clean and well taken care of. We didn't spent a lot of time. Mainly a place to sleep for the night. Would definitely recommend!

Dogs are allowed here but there are a lot of rules for them. Our stay was pleasant.

I stayed here one night when taking my dog to the UGA Veterinary Hospital. The place was wonderful! Great use of space, nice little fenced-in grassy area for the dog, and quiet, convenient location. Just a perfect spot. Would definitely stay again if I'm in Athens overnight.Thank you!

Such a joy and comfort to pull up after a nine hour drive and have the accommodation match the description perfectly! So many thoughtful details from typed instructions, earplugs, and sound machine to tasteful decorations and a comfortable mattress and much more. We can definitively recommend a stay here. This is the most thoughtfully arranged and appointed VRBO I’ve ever stayed in. The attention to detail and comfort is next level. Easy to get in and out of UGA campus for parents weekend - and it was fabulous to have this peaceful refuge away from the kids.

Cozy little studio. Great for couples and pets. Thomas was a great host, and the property was well kept and lots of good coffee shops nearby. Good place to just get away for a minute.

We booked this stay to visit Athens and UGA for a Parent Weekend. The location was convenient to Little Five Points, Milledge Ave. and downtown Athens. It was peaceful and we slept well compared to others that had horrible stories of Athens hotels. The bed and pillows were great as well.The property exceeded our expectations!

My boyfriend and I stayed at the Toadhaus during our trip to Athens this past weekend and it was absolutely fantastic! We travel semi-frequently and this may be the best place we’ve ever stayed. The host was extremely friendly with quick responses and answers to any questions I had. The property is super clean, modern, and well decorated, has all of the amenities we needed, and is super close to downtown Athens and the UGA campus! The neighborhood is quiet and safe as well. The yard area was an awesome and relaxing addition! We absolutely loved it here and will definitely book here again when we are back in Athens! Thank you!! :)
