To The Green On #17 - Boutique Studio w/ GREAT Views, 5 Minutes From Clubhouse

The property was so clean and had so baby thoughtful touches. The kitchen was well stocked to make simple meals. The air-conditioning and fan made it a cool retreat in the unbreable heat!

Really nice place with a great balcony.

On the golf course nice and quiet. TV is new and allows guest to use their viewing accounts (prime, Netflix, etc). Logins are erased at checkout. Nice feature.

This was my first time staying @ To The Green on 17. This studio condo was a perfect fit for me being that i was traveling solo. The condo was very clean and accommodating. Will is a gracious hist and goes above and beyond in making sure your stay the absolute best it can be. Would definitely stay there again.

The studio Apt was very spacious and the host had stocked the home with everything you could need, iron, steamer (great to have for our wedding outfits), snacks, coffee, creamer and toiletries. Highly recommend the home.

I would highly recommend staying here when visiting Pinehurst and Southern Pines. It was one of the best VRBO experiences we have enjoyed.

Great studio condo unit. Neighbors were quiet and unit had everything we wanted.

Great place to stay. Location was close to Pinehurst Clubhouse, close to the village center, walking distance. Yet quiet and pleasant. Clean, neat, well maintained and equipped. A great value!!

We spent 3 nights and everything was perfect. Very clean- all the extras we needed were provided. We golfed- did not check on pool at all- doubt it was open yet. Would definitely stay again- perfect for a couple getaway. Host was very communicative

Great all around stay, best feature of this place is location. You can walk right over to Pinehurst Golf Club, their dining options, etc.

I appreciated the little complimentary items provided, snacks, bottled water and coffee. I enjoyed my stay.

Very clean and comfortable. Would stay here again. Not as close to the resort where my conference was held as I thought so did have to drive.

The place is very cute, exceptionally clean. I loved the up scale little shampoo, conditioner, lotion, & body wash bottles. The rain shower is a dream with piping hot water. Communication was excellent. My husband loved looking out & seeing the golf course. Alittle too chilly to sit on the little deck, but when warmer we'd love to have our morning coffee out there. Would definitely stay again.

“To The Green on 17” is such a special place to stay. It has everything you would need in a VRBO; a comfy bed, fully stocked kitchen, nice remodeled bathroom, and a very peaceful, quiet place. If you plan to golf while in Pinehurst you will enjoy staying at “To the Green on #17”. It is a perfect VRBO in a beautiful place! William is a wonderful, very detailed host too! You will not be dissatisfied with booking this cute condo!

With the summer heat and humidity, I was especially grateful that the AC worked flawlessly and kept us perfectly cool.Our host, William, truly lives up to the “Premium Host” title. Check-in was a breeze, and he provided all the essential info—clear directions, entry instructions, and thoughtful extras like snacks, cleaning supplies, sunscreen, and more.The bed was super comfortable, the showers were hot, and we had access to cable TV with streaming and fast Wi-Fi. We’ll absolutely be coming back!

We really enjoyed our stay. It is very comfortable, clean and has all the amenities for a couples trip to Pinehurst. The view of the golf course was good and the location is great for Pinehurst resort and Pinehurst Village. We will stay here again when we can.

The property is clean and updated. It is centrally located close to the Pinehurst golf courses. The owner is very responsive and let us check in a little early which we appreciated. We enjoyed the nearby Pinehurst Track Restaurant and watching the horses train.

Easy place to pop in for a day or two. Helps you Avoid driving around the winding roads to the resort.

You will love working with the Host/Hostess of this VRBO. My questions were answered almost before I asked them, they were so quick to reply. Before I arrived, I had everything settled to assure we were ready for our stay. This VRBO was comfortable and had everything we needed. Entering the property was smooth and went without a hitch. Plenty of parking and felt safe. This property is great for the golfer coming to play Pinehust. You are not only on the 17th fairway but a few minutes away from checking in at the clubhouse prior to your roundI would stay here again. .

We were here for a long weekend to visit relatives. This was a perfect place to stay. Great communication from the owner. It was clean, had an iron and ironing board. Even some snacks. Bed was very comfortable.
