Tiny House, Walk to Light Rail and Optimist Food Hall

This area is great and the house was perfect.

The place was clean and nice the space was good. Has everything you need unless you wanted to cook . They do have laundry in the space which was awesome to have. Would stay there again.

Farther walk than we expected to NoDa. Some nice restaurants and park closer to tiny home.

I enjoyed staying at the tiny house. The only thing that bothered me was the noise of traffic when I was trying to sleep.

My husband and our two dogs spent the night here on our drive from Florida to Pittsburgh. It was perfect. We arrived at 4:00 went on a beautiful walking trial with our dogs and made a couple stops at a wine/coffee bar for a some drinks and a restaurant to have dinner. Both places welcomed dogs, fun atmospheres and were tasty. Lots of walkable places to explore. The house was very clean and comfy. We can’t wait to come back and stay longer next time!

Super cute little getaway for the night as a stop in between camping locations. Communication could not have been better. Super easy to access when following the instructions provided. Really appreciated the washer/dryer access, coffee maker. Would recommend to others.

Clean quite convenient. High end finishes in a tiny space. Cooking options minimal but sufficient. Lots of windows and light.

Tiny House had everything we needed during our stay in Charlotte. Nice appliances, roomy bathroom, comfortable bed. Walking distance to Optimus Hall and Little Sugar Creek Trails. Uber ride to Uptown stadiums.

We enjoyed the location and the property. The house was stocked with everything we needed. The yard was perfect and so was parking.

Loved this little tiny house. Had great amenities for such a little space: appreciated having the washer dryer so that I didn’t have to pack as many clothes.It was very clean when I arrived. Safe secure setting in a gated fenced yard with lots of trees and grass and birds to entertain my cat from the windowsill. I would definitely stay here again.

Great location for jumping on the light rail and meeting up with friends around the town. Our host was super efficient and available for our every need.

This little house was a perfect size for 2. Easy check in and instructions. I did appreciate being able to do a load of laundry. No extras-would have liked hooks or towel rods in the bathroom (not one and I hate draping my towels over furniture to dry), a hairdryer and blankets for cuddling on coach watching tv after exploring all day would have been nice (usually provided at all other vrbos I have stayed in). Only real problem was the constant gurgling of toilet , sinks and shower. The toilet kept getting clogged even with no toilet paper and the plunger was terrible. I sent two messages requesting someone come out but just an auto generated response that said they received the message. We had to leave in the morning to do “our business” at a coffee shop. Very inconvenient and gross.

Had an amazing stay at this property! The tiny house was perfect and conveniently located. The hosts were excellent communicators, and the property was clean and in a safe area.The only downside was that coffee wasn’t provided, despite being mentioned in the listing. I also would have appreciated an early check-in, though I understand it wasn’t available.Overall, still a great stay!

This was a perfect place for an overnight stay. It was quiet and comfortable. The directions seemed to be more complicated than it was. Because of the detailed instructions, the place was easy to find. Everything we needed was there and the property manager was very easy to communicate with.

Our visit was fine. However, communication with the “host“ Felt pretty disjointed from a systems perspective. The property manager was generally very responsive, but it was hard to know who I was dealing with it various times. I’d get a message on the website,

This was a sweet, little house with a great use of space. Only suggestion is more instructions needed on use of equipment. Thankful for you tube.

For two of us it worked fine. Dogs loved the fenced backyard. No complaints.

Nice place and quiet, although the 'stove' is a small cooktop and if you're not driving, it's a 1/2 block on gravel to get to the tiny home. Not very convenient with a suite case.

We stayed 2 nights in the middle of the week and it was very quiet and easy to find. The pictures and description are accurate. Very clean. Local restaurants and coffee within a short walk. Would definitely stay again!
