Stayed Feb 11, 2022We had a wonderful time; it was the perfect accomodation if you are planning on skiing at nearby Cooper because it's so close and keeps you cozy during the winter. The town has some great history to explore as well.

Stayed Jan 5, 2024We were given the wrong passcode for the door and it was FREEZING out while we waited for the new. 2 trucks were parked in the way of our parking spot. Not enough blankets or pillows (we asked for more and got a reply that the property manager would get back to us and they never did. No hooks to hang anything up.

Stayed Mar 19, 2023Great time staying in this Tiny House! The location is convenient for walking to Leadville's shops, bars, and restaurants. And skiing is just up the hill about 15 minute drive. We would love to stay here again!

Stayed Feb 18, 2022The tiny house had everything I needed ! Great use of space. The shelf cluster in the bathroom stored all of my things neatly ! Super cold water for drinking and plenty of hot!! Bring everything you need for food! Salt and pepper provided !! Convenient walking distance to everything on Harrison street !!
