Welcome to the heart of the Caribbean!

Only a few minutes walk from the village of Saint Anne and its beaches, less than 10 minutes by car from the Salines beach - reputed to be one of the most beautiful in the Antilles - your residence awaits you in its green setting!

In our endemic plants gardens, you can admire hummingbirds and perhaps come across a manicou on the go! And to relax after a day of excursion, let yourself slide into the swimming pool.

Housing
Put yoursuitcases in your apartment:
a large studio with double bed, equipped kitchen and bathroom, all renovated in late 2019. Upstairs, a mezzanine accommodates a second double bed, ideal for children. And because Martinique is lived above all outside, your bay window opens onto a private terrace facing the residence's gardens.

The apartment has air conditioning. It has wifi and a TV with TNT channels. You will also find everything you may need during your stay (kitchen utensils, coffee maker, microwave, toaster ...).

The storage space provided will allow you to settle in comfortably and to really feel at home.

A travel cot is available for the little ones (with a thick mattress). If you have the rest of the equipment, baby is obviously welcome with us!

End of stay cleaning is included in the booking price. It is carried out without chemical detergents, only based on ecological products.

To note :
With an open mezzanine, the apartment is more designed for a family (parents + children). However, 2 couples can stay there if the conditions suit you. We also have several apartments located side by side in the residence and can therefore accommodate groups, leaving their privacy to each couple or family. Do not hesitate to contact us !
